When I arrived, I was late due to an accident and had already had a very difficult day. The service department was very accommodating, moving my appointment several times along my drive as I encountered delay after delay. When I arrived I was exhausted and frustrated. Connor McCullough was my service advisor and I explained this had not been a good day so far. He may not even recall, but he made a light joke about my luck, that somehow put it all in perspective and was funny too. It may seem like nothing, but his ability to tune into my apparent stress and somehow make me laugh was just what I needed. His humor lightened the moment and was greatly appreciated. Awesome people skills. You either have that or you don't. No amount of training can teach you to be personable. Thanks Connor! More

This dealership has really been working on their customer service and satisfaction. Will Gaddy is a manager in the service department and is always right there to help solve any problems. I'm pretty picky when it comes to service and Toyota of North Charlotte is the first place that I go when leasing or need service. More

I really enjoyed his pleasant attitude and demeaner. He is what a customer service provider to be like, pleasant and knowledgeable. There was another gentleman that assisted me when I was dropping my car off but I can't remember his name. He was also vey helpful and pleasant. He called to make sure they had my dash that was on recall and my visor that I needed to replace. More
Great service My wife stopped in because her 2014 Corolla had its low time pressure indicator light on. We had purchased from another dealer but they are far from where she was. She was able to pull right up. Russell Martin greeted her warmly and made sure the tire was fixed in a timely manor. Although the waiting room doesn't have coffee and donuts like our dealer the service provided by Russell was exceptional. Thanks! More
Still a happy customer I came in for just regular maintenance on 10/19/15. Should have written a review in Feb 2015 when Russell Martin helped me out when my 2012 PriusC pr I came in for just regular maintenance on 10/19/15. Should have written a review in Feb 2015 when Russell Martin helped me out when my 2012 PriusC pretty much needed an engine rebuild due to a manufacturing defect. Russell got me a free loaner car for the couple of weeks needed and kept me informed of progress all along the way. Very personable and professional guy. For a while, the problem with my engine proved to be a stumper for Toyota engineers but everything turned out ok. Would like to have gotten a reset on the engine warranty though! More

Eric Olsen Eric has taken care of our 2011 Camry and 2004 Spyder for many years. What I appreciate most is that he breaks down the maintenance into 1) has to be Eric has taken care of our 2011 Camry and 2004 Spyder for many years. What I appreciate most is that he breaks down the maintenance into 1) has to be done now, 2) can be done now or soon, and 3) can be done later, but at some point will have to be done. This approach avoids unpleasant surprises. When he has to deliver bad news about our cars, he is always calm and clear. We trust his judgment, even during the hard times. We know that he has our best interests in mind and will not send us out of the dealership in a vehicle with “issues.” We continue to visit the dealership because of Eric and, if he leaves, we’re gone as well.
