Fairlure to Communicate I dropped off my Camry for a service which were set-up by Paul Kramer and they there were suppose to have a rental car waiting for me because they wer I dropped off my Camry for a service which were set-up by Paul Kramer and they there were suppose to have a rental car waiting for me because they were keeping my car the next day. Upon arrival, I came across Will Gaddy that were very impatient and rudded to me. There were no rental car waiting and panic scrambling to find one. Telling me that they don't have one available that day. That's when my patience ran out. Finally they got one and it was a tiny Dodge Dart. So I went from a Camry to a low class small tiny Dart. Pisst off I told them I don't want it and to call me when they find one that's going to fit my family of five. He asked me some questions with an attitude that I thought were very unprofessional to not just me but all customers. So he told me to wait for him it would just be 5 minutes but turn out to be 20 minutes before I was call again. So they got me a half class up from Dart to Ford Escape which was no different a Dart. Tired and pisst I just said "whatever!" Thanks to Ty Cooke he was able to calm me down by just at least listen to what I have to say whether he agree with me or not. And after all it was said and done Paul Krame that set-up the whole thing didn't even contact me to see how the service went, if I was happy with or not. After this review, I'm pretty sure everyone's going to contact me. If you went there and got a good service good for you because I didn't. More

Honesty I have dealt with Kevin Ray at Toyota of North Charlotte body shop for many years (I'd say at least seven maybe eight). during my two or three or fou I have dealt with Kevin Ray at Toyota of North Charlotte body shop for many years (I'd say at least seven maybe eight). during my two or three or four repairs at the body shop he has shown nothing but integrity, honesty and stability. This last visit I called him and told him I would like for him to check out my car is a recent ones because he was the one person in Charlotte that I trusted for his opinion and pricing on a repair. I was pleased that he gave me a much less pricey alternative to repair my car and even took it to the service department to get the oil changed while the car was at the body shop being repaired. It sure is nice to know there's a trusted person named Kevin Ray at the body shop at this dealership !! More

Efficient and courteous Many dealers are not fun to deal with, as they really just want to sell cars. But Toyota of North Charlotte is not like that. They are courteous and Many dealers are not fun to deal with, as they really just want to sell cars. But Toyota of North Charlotte is not like that. They are courteous and honest. I don't experience pressure to get service that may be needed, although they will always let me know what might need attention soon. Also no attempts to get us to consider a newer car. Service is prompt and communication is clear. More
