Russell Martin was my service adviser this past week when my final 25,000 mile warranty check was completed . Russell was very polite, professional and thorough in his work with me. I also appreciated the detailed report I got with my service incl. significant data on my wheel alignment which I've never received before. You have earned my business and will retain it for the foreseeable future. More

Initial service appointment Dealership was totally flexible with respect to my having to reschedule my service appointment and pull it up a day. Got there about ten minutes before my appointment time and within two or three minutes Will Gaddy was making contact, collecting information and getting the vehicle into the service area. Waiting area was comfortable and accommodating. Service took a bit longer than I expected but one of my issues was an intermittent electrical problem in the cruise control stalk. Issue would not present itself during analysis but a new part was ordered to correct the problem. More

Awesome Service Will Gaddy!!! If you haven't had service at Toyota North Charlotte, you need to go. Will Gaddy is responsible for the service on our vehicles and he is absolutely h If you haven't had service at Toyota North Charlotte, you need to go. Will Gaddy is responsible for the service on our vehicles and he is absolutely hands down the best!!!! He cares about the service you get, he is very professional and at the same time makes you feel very welcomed and more than just a customer. This is not to slight Eric Olsen (awesome also)or any of the others but you only have to meet and work with Will one time to know who you want in your corner. The dealership has also been great to deal with. Totally different than any other dealership. We have now bought 3 vehicles from them and anticipate future business with them.
