Toyota of North Charlotte - Service Center

Camry recall work I was told my car qualified for the oil consumption recall on my Camry and that I would need to leave it at the dealership. Then I was told I would b I was told my car qualified for the oil consumption recall on my Camry and that I would need to leave it at the dealership. Then I was told I would be talking to a Rental Car Representative. This is where I have a concern in that I was not given a courtesy car but a rental. I had to pay for the rental car while my car was having warranty work done. Other wise the work was done, the Service Provider was good, I just wish they had a better way to help the customer when warranty work is done and they keep your car for two days. More

Very professional in handling service of my Tundra truck. Eric Olsen handled my service on 4/7/16. From the time I arrived until finished, he continued to communicate with me. We determined that my service was going to take all day, so, he secured a loaner car for me. He explained everything that needed to be done & gave me his recommendations, including new tires & something that was covered under warranty.
