He explained what services were to be completed and said it would take approx. 1 hour. He also noted that my registration would be expiring in less than 2 months and that this would be a good time to get the inspection done and that it would save me an additional trip. I got everything done and was out of the dealership in 45 min. Lou was very professional and friendly in his dealings with me. An enjoyable experience. More

He was the consummate professional and honest to the core. His knowledge of our 2007 Avalon was impressive, given all the other models he has to deal with each day. The dealership is super clean, with a customer waiting area to be admired by all other dealers. I believe the back room mechanics are efficient and well trained. I was in and out in a little more than an hour. And, by the way, the free car wash was greatly appreciated, as our car was in bad need of a good bath. Keep up the good work and give Lou Simmet an Atta-Boy for me. More
