Bret Rise was EXCELLENT as a CS Rep for Service As soon as I arrived at the service center and entered the door, Mr. Rise was there with a smile and eager to help meet my needs. He had a good sense of humor because when I asked if the car could be run through their carwash, he replied, "We don't wash white cars on Tuesday". Then he grinned! Of course he made sure the car was washed. The 20,000 miles service was handled very promptly. He directed me to the waiting room areas and when time to leave he politely came and got me.
