Worst place ever. I will never buy another car here or get mine serviced. Mike Adams in the collison center is awful. Hes a snake who took my doors off my vehicle then charged me $881.38 when insurance wouldn't pay. I never said to do that. I've done alot of business here but not anymore. This dealership sold me a LEMON. Bought a brand new 2023 rav4 XLE on 6/23. Called 6/26 as I already needed gas noticed a gas leak and was told I overfilled the tank. Few days later m Bought a brand new 2023 rav4 XLE on 6/23. Called 6/26 as I already needed gas noticed a gas leak and was told I overfilled the tank. Few days later my check gas cap light came on and check engine. Read code and it stated gas cap and EVAP leak. Took to dealer on 7/8 and was told by Lao nothing was wrong with my car. 7/18 the light came back on. Greg and Eli found there was a corrugated pipe cracked and needed to replace the whole gas tank. On 7/27 I was driving on 77 going 70mph and all the dash lights turned on and the car shut off. I sat on the side of the road for 1 hour 30 before a tow came because Toyota roadside failed to communicate. I had to call this dealer to find out about what was wrong on 8/4. Justina told me the issue was a bad fuel sending unit. Again, another fuel issue. They fixed the problem but didn’t even test drive it. I had to ask for it to be driven for the computers to reset as I am fearful of the car… MY BRAND NEW CAR. It was driven. Toyota corporate has been the absolute worst. I was lied to about a rental and yelled at. They do not care about their customers and play ping pong on whose responsibility it is. I will never buy another brand new car here as they charge a $3000 market adjustment for THEIR LOW STOCK problem. Throwing cheaply, poorly made cars together and the customer is left holding the bag. My wife and I bring our vehicles to this Service Consultant, Connor McCullough many times over and over again. Before hand, I’ve brought my wife’s vehicle in and bought new tires from Connor. A couple weeks later we noticed that the TPMS light was on. I brought it back to him and he advised it would be 300 bucks with installation. I confirmed to him to just go ahead and replace the faulty TMPS sensor. About 30 minutes after, he came out and gave me a bill. I looked at the bill and it said payment due of 0.00. This man, Connor looked at me and advised he took care of it. When I brought my vehicle to him, I advised I needed an oil change, and to add more coolant also. Connor called me back an hour later and told me I would be needing a new radiator. He advised new parts and radiators would come out to a total of 1600 bucks. He called me back later and advised he gave me the wrong price, the correct price would be about two grand but he advised he would still honor his original quote of 1600 bucks. I understand every dog gotta eat at the end of the day, but this man goes out of his ways to keep his word. You Sir, have restored faith in humanity. Your folks raised you right. Had a service appointment on Friday. When I got to the dealership they didn't have my appointment but would try to work me in. It would be at least 2 hours until I could get in so I left. I was there getting service on my wife's car on Wednesday just 2 days before and had made the appointment for my car on Tuesday evening. We are very loyal Toyota customers as we own 2 Toyotas and this was very disappointing. More
Went in multiple times with the same issue that my truck was pulling to the right. It was under warranty but claimed everything was fine. It started back in California when my parents owned a Toyota Crown sedan as our family car and I've been a loyal Toyota customer since the eighties. It started back in California when my parents owned a Toyota Crown sedan as our family car and to date I never owned any car except Toyota. I am very particular when it comes to choosing the right dealership to buy and service my Toyotas. Unfortunately there a very few Toyota dealerships out there that truly provide and demonstrate genuine Toyota Customer Service. Last week and this Tuesday, Randy Elisea demonstrated that Toyota Customer Service from the very time I walked in the door to the time I left Toyota of North Charlotte service department, Randy continuously communicated with me about the status of my vehicle. His professionalism, his excellent communication, his Honesty (no bull-sales talk), and his knowledge and passion about Toyotas espoused the true Toyota Customer Service. Good job Randy! More
I went in to have my oil changed and have my battery checked because my battery light. Indicator came on I told the assistant service manager to have the mechanic check my alternator because the battery checked because my battery light. Indicator came on I told the assistant service manager to have the mechanic check my alternator because the battery is brand new they did not check the battery they did not check the alternator and as I was leaving from Huntersville to Concord my engine completely cut off right in front of Advance Auto in Concord poor service not listen to the customers and doing what they want to do.
