Camry recall work I was told my car qualified for the oil consumption recall on my Camry and that I would need to leave it at the dealership. Then I was told I would be talking to a Rental Car Representative. This is where I have a concern in that I was not given a courtesy car but a rental. I had to pay for the rental car while my car was having warranty work done. Other wise the work was done, the Service Provider was good, I just wish they had a better way to help the customer when warranty work is done and they keep your car for two days. More

I do my research before going in and I know I am being made a fair offer without the games or high pressure. Service after the sale has been great, appointments are easy and fast. Walter Hoover is a great guy and as straight a shooter as you will meet in this business. He trains his people well and I trust him with my business. Ask for him when you go in and he will make sure you are treated right. More
