Great car buying experience Just bought our second used car from Toyota of North Charlotte. Jon Durham greeted us when we arrived and got us into cars in our range very quickly! We were looking for a safe, reliable car for our teenage son. We found one that we liked and one that we thought would be out of our range. THe entire staff worked with us and got us into the "stretch" car! The process was easy and fast and we never felt pressured by anyone on the staff. A comfortable experience I took my 2009 Toyota Highlander to Toyota of North Charlotte to get an appraisal initially, but left with a new used car! I was wanting to consider I took my 2009 Toyota Highlander to Toyota of North Charlotte to get an appraisal initially, but left with a new used car! I was wanting to consider downsizing but was hesitant to try the Rav4--had the idea in my head that it was not powerful enough and would be too small. But, I was wrong. I drove a used 2014 Limited Rav4 and was truly impressed with the vehicle and all the buttons and bows it offered. It had a nice ride, good pick up and much roomier than I expected. My experience with Randy Gibson was exceptional--a very knowledgeable, hard working young man. He explained things very clearly, answered all my questions and made the whole car buying experience quite comfortable. Then, back in finance, I worked with David Watts who also was extremely pleasant to work with. He moved me through the paper work with ease and patience and even spent time with me and my new used vehicle to help show some of the technology features, since I'm not so techno-savvy!?
