Other then time consuming all went surprisingly smooth sales staff and finance personnel knowledgable pricing was good kudos to all, Cathy Fraley In finance had it all together, I say this as we had a last minute glitch with vehicle delivery which was handled expediently by all parties! I rated pricing a 4 as dealerships cannot give the vehicle away, I will plan to do business again with this dealership even though it is a day's drive to get there. Keeping my fingers crossed that DMV paper work is correct and prompt and finance papers arrive timely. I say this as I live in Virginia Beach VA More

Warranty service I had set up an appointment to have a 10,000 maintenance, including oil and filter change and a tire rotation on 5/18. I was met promptly by Edwin Mon I had set up an appointment to have a 10,000 maintenance, including oil and filter change and a tire rotation on 5/18. I was met promptly by Edwin Montalvo, who inquired about the warranty service and any other issues. I mentioned an issue I was having with the cruise control stalk lighting which had not been properly repaired at the 5,000 mile visit. In about an hour, all service was completed and he briefed me on a 'maintenance bulletin' that had been issued to repair the lighting issue and that the part was ordered. It was handle expeditiously and concisely. Job well done. More

Dealing with car accidents and insurance companies I have had the opportunity to work with Kendra Tipton on two occasions over the past two months. Dealing with car accidents and insurance companies can be very difficult but Kendra made these two experiences relatively painless. Kendra has excellent communication and explains everything in great detail to the consumer. Each vehicle that was repaired looked better after the unfortunate accident. He explained what services were to be completed and said it would take approx. 1 hour. He also noted that my registration would be expiring in less than 2 months and that this would be a good time to get the inspection done and that it would save me an additional trip. I got everything done and was out of the dealership in 45 min. Lou was very professional and friendly in his dealings with me. An enjoyable experience. More
