Great experience since day one of purchase. I just completed my 30,000 mile service and it was the first service I've had to pay for since my purchase with only 6 miles on the vehicle. I feel t I just completed my 30,000 mile service and it was the first service I've had to pay for since my purchase with only 6 miles on the vehicle. I feel that it's a fair price for service and it's comforting knowing that you've had the same service department working on my vehicle since day one. I don't feel like the recommendations given to me were to take advantage or up sell the service, but were legitimate suggestions for preventative maintenance with no pressure to do so. Rachel Fichtel was very helpful throughout my service as I had many questions about the current condition of my vehicle. She also took the time time to give me a quote for all of my tire options so I can start to prepare for a new set in about 5-10k miles. Good people throughout the entire building and a very comfortable wait. More

From the beginning we were emailing with Angel until we got to Charlotte. Once we arrived at the dealership Matt greeted us at the door then took us for a test drive and answered all the questions we had, Nicollete explained in detail the process and options available to us and Shaderri also was knowledgable in the finance dept. We were welcomed by everyone and instead of feeling pressured to purchase, the staff was very patient in making sure we understood every step of the way and made the decision that best fit our needs. It was refreshing to feel that welcomed and like family in a car dealership. I also like how so many people followed up with calls (Stephanie and David) to make sure everything was ok and we are enjoying the new car. They all made themselves available should we need anything else. We will definitely do business here again in the near future. More
