Great Expereince Went out on June 24th 2016 to buy a 2016 Toyota Camry. The person that showed us the car was called Mike. My sales man that sold us the car was call Brian. He was a great sales man. He was very negotiable and very polite to me and my father. He offer to show me the maintence area and introduce me to some workers but the maintence area was close since it was Sunday. Shaderria was our paper work lady. She was polite and super nice. Everything that me and my father did not know, she explained it to the best of her ability to the point where me and my father understood. Toyota of North Charoltte is the place to go. The employees here are all nice. They all greet you and hold the doors for you. I would recommend anyone who is going to buy a new car to come to Toyota of North Charoltte. We shared a few laughs about ALL of the papers that had to be signed which made it less frustrating. He's got a great personality! I also want to give a "high five" to Jaime Bowles, Michael Brown and Walter Hoover on getting us a great deal. I did find a small mistake on the paperwork but it was corrected very quickly. (we're all human) - We've looked around at other dealerships but they don't care to take the extra steps in meeting the concerns of the customer. This will probably be my last purchase because I'm not getting any younger. LOL.. but should I have a need to buy, I will definitely go back to Toyota of North Charlotte!! More
