First time purchasing a Toyota We purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma 9/10/16. I was a little skeptical at first with so many people doing different jobs. We started out with Marcus, who took us on a test drive and explained the difference in the Tacoma packages then once we decided on the one we wanted he turned us over to Nicolette Glaspey which is when the negotiating began. She was determined to make us happy and get us the deal we wanted, once we agreed on that we went to the finance department with David Watts who made the final process very quick and in order. We were very pleased with our experience at Toyota of North Charlotte. More
Excellent service as always I went to this dealership to lease my very first car - a 2016 Corolla - this past week. My mother & sister cosigned on a Rav4 earlier this summer, so I was already familiar with the process. Like other reviewers said, the employees work as a team and do a very good job of making sure that you get what you want and that you understand everything. They are extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful. During this visit I knew I wanted to work with Matt Arenas (and would have left if he wasn't there), because he worked with my family members and is now like a family member to us...always there with a smile and a hug. Since he got promoted recently, I had my test drive with Tierra, who was very helpful and kind. As I said, this is my first car and I was very nervous about the test drive, but we talked and had a good laugh about it and before I knew it, it was over. I really appreciated that she wasn't pushy about what car I was interested in, but explained the differences between the 2016 and 2017 models and listened to what I wanted (the same way Matt was when I met him back in June). After going over the numbers with Matt (who took the time to explain the benefits of leasing and worked out an affordable deal), I met Janelle Harris. She was extremely thorough and patient with me & my insurance agent (I had to sign up for the first time and had questions for him and he was a little slow with the paperwork). Once everything was settled, she was very kind to walk me out to the car and help me set up my bluetooth and made sure I didn't have any other questions before I left. Everyone at this dealership is so easy to talk to and you feel like you're hanging out with friends and family instead of doing business, but at the same time they have an air of professionalism about them. I always thought that getting a car would be stressful and I'd have to watch out for any tricks or schemes, but they are very transparent about everything. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know that's looking for a new car. More

They really want your business When I first arrived, Gary told me it was a team approach. My guard was up. I envisioned a swarm of sales people pressuring me. Not the case. Gary showed us all the features of the Tacoma and explained everything. Took us for a test drive. Then turned us over to Jamie who explained all of the options for financing and was actually our liaison for negotiating. Once we agreed, David did all of the paper work and it was seamless. Each of them were experts in their areas and as a result, I fully understood all of the upgrades Toyota has made for 2017, I understood all of my finance options and the paperwork was seamless.
