Sales My husband and I enjoyed the way the dealership operates its sales floor. We found it to be a more enjoyable experience with this dealership because we were met by such a friendly person, Wesley, when we approached the lot. Wesley explained that he could show us any car we would like to see and take us on a test drive. Wesley explained that if we were interested in learning the details of purchasing a car, he would then connect us with a salesman. Wesley was so much fun and it was apparent that he enjoys his job. We already knew what two vehicles we were coming to see and Wesley provided us with all of the details of the cars. Working with the salesman provided a little more a challenge, but it was successful in the end. Salesmen are in such a bad predicament from the beginning because they appear to be the “middle men” of the car buying experience. We were firm with our max budget and after several stints of the salesmen going back and forth, we purchased a car. Please forgive me, but I have forgotten his name. He was extremely pleasant. We moved onto finance which was a very quick process partially due to our method of payment. Janelle was efficient with our documents as we had our 10 month old with us. (We didn’t think we would be purchasing a car that day otherwise we would have been child-free.) Janelle showed me the set-up of the car and how to connect my Bluetooth etc. and was a delight to work with. The only downside to our experience was AFTER we left the lot. I called 3 times to inquire about my permanent tag. One call was 4 days prior to the expiration of my 30 day tag, and the other 2 times were after my tag expired. I spoke with Jordan who seemed to be annoyed by my call and I was annoyed that he was unable to answer my questions. He called back later to provide a more accurate response as to the whereabouts of my tag. Overall, it was a smooth process with a few bumps in the road. More
