Bret clearly explained what other service was due and asked me if I wanted a complimentary car wash after the job was complete. Regular maintenance I went in for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Russell Martin was my first point of contact in the service department. I did not have an appointment and he told me my services would be done in about an hour. I received a phone call while I was waiting and I had a family emergency that required me to leave immediately. I went to Russell and he immediately went to get my car and told me that all the services were not complete yet but not to worry about anything and come back after my family emergency was handled. I went back the next day and he advised me of some work that needed to be done if I planned on keeping the car for much longer. Russell was very knowledgeable about the services that were needed to fix the car. I could not ask for better service at a dealership especially the day before with my family emergency.
