Great Experience I usually never really have a problem with Toyota of North Charlotte. From there, we were assisted by Randy Thompson who was also excellent. He was very honest about all of the pricing and what was truly needed and not needed. Marcus Purdy in the Financial department was also excellent with helping us to understand all of the important paperwork. Not once did my husband or I feel pressured.
