The folks at the body shop, namely Kendra Tipton were so helpful and good to work with. When the repair cost turned out to be more than the estimate due to hidden damage, she contacted my insurance company and worked everything out. It only took 2 days to complete the work and it looks like nothing ever happened to my car. I highly recommend Toyota of North Charlotte for the buying experience, service dept., and body shop. I wouldn't take my car any where else. More

Before I even mentioned that I wanted to get the state inspection, he mentioned it having seen the upcoming expiration on the car tag. He directed me to the waiting area. Once the job had been completed very timely, he told me the car was being washed and escorted me to the cashier for check out. This facility is very convenient, close to where I live and is a pleasure to use. More

The gentleman who met me at the curb, Will Griggs, asked all of the right questions and knew what I was interested in before we made to the back parking lot. Previously during the week I had visited another Toyota dealership and Will was much more knowledgeable. By the time I was ready to review the numbers it was almost closing time on a Friday night and all of the team members were positive and made sure I did not feel like I had worn out my welcome (Cristian Suarez and Walter Hoover). Cristian and Walter went the extra mile to ensure I had the best deal and a fantastic interest rate. It was after 11 pm by the time Kiersten Willmot began stepping me through the paper work.
