Rich went over details of the purchase and my trade in. I really couldn't have asked for a better experience. Everyone was very nice. On delivery of my new Rav4 all 3 gentlemen where there. David explained everything in the car to me and didn't make me feel rushed if I had questions. I will recommend this dealership and David Gary and Rich! Great experience Great Team More

AWESOME!!! This is my second purchase at Toyota of North Charlotte, both experiences were great! Buying a vehicle can be tiring and stressful but not here!! Me This is my second purchase at Toyota of North Charlotte, both experiences were great! Buying a vehicle can be tiring and stressful but not here!! Met Nolan who showed me the vehicle I was interested in explained things and answered all my questions. He was very nice and understanding. After my test drive Nolan introduced me to Cristian who was also very nice and understanding. Cristian had his work cut out for him with me, and he did so with a smile and kind words. I was very reluctant to trade my vehicle, went on a whim, and was trying to decide if I wanted to trade or not. With my financial concerns, being a single income parent, Cristian was very empathetic and did not pressure or push me in any way. I still had concerns about some things and Cristian had Walter Hoover come and talk with me about my concerns. Walter expressed his concerns as well and did not push or pressure me in any way. He too was very understanding of my situation. I left there without a vehicle but it still weighed on me rather or not to go for it. I ended up going back after exchanging texts with Walter and he assured me he would do whatever it took to get me at my payment that I was comfortable with. Walter went above and beyond!!! All of these guys went above and beyond. I did not feel like a timid car buyer being bullied by salesmen, I felt very comfortable. Everything was explained to me in very thorough detail, and all questions were answered accurately and they made sure I understood what they were explaining to me. Final stage was Finance department and that is where I met David Wats. My interactions with him was short but he was very nice and helpful. He too made me feel at ease and comfortable. He got my floor mats put them in for me and set up my blue tooth. He too was awesome!! When all was said and done, I had to give each of them a hug. I felt a hand shake wasn't enough after all that was done. I am very impressed with the guys I worked with....Nolan, Cristian, Walter, and David....you guys are all awesome!!!!!! Thank you all for making car buying a pleasurable experience!!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! More
