I asked them to tell me what I had signed was wrong and they tell they could not do anything about it. But they can give me a XM radio upgrade.! second, The the radio XM never worked. and third I made my appointment for the oil change and 10,000 service and at 3 days they called me, saying that they forgot to do the oil change. that they was trying to make the XM radio work. after calling them to re make my apointment for the oil change. no ones call me back, in till Today is saturday after 15 days,I left several messages to ty and the services manager but no call back . This dealer is the essence of the irresponsibility, I was driving my car believing that they had made the oil change. please don't go to this dealer, is a trash customer services, and liares.!! More

The atmosphere at the dealership is very pleasant and the food bar is a nice touch, since most of us customers are coming from or going to someplace and it is nice to know you can get a variety of items at the dealership. The lounge chairs are also very comfortable. I am a long time customer and have gotten all of my TOYOTA service at you dealership since 2007. More

On my most recent visit, Bret Rise wanted to be sure I knew that they were quite busy, and my unscheduled preventive maintenance may take several hours. The complimentary shuttle service was offered, but waiting for my vehicle was easy to do in the customer lounge. I actually made it a point to take his business card so I could let others know I appreciated the service and the treatment. More
