My wife and I bring our vehicles to this Service Consultant, Connor McCullough many times over and over again. Before hand, I’ve brought my wife’s vehicle in and bought new tires from Connor. A couple weeks later we noticed that the TPMS light was on. I brought it back to him and he advised it would be 300 bucks with installation. I confirmed to him to just go ahead and replace the faulty TMPS sensor. About 30 minutes after, he came out and gave me a bill. I looked at the bill and it said payment due of 0.00. This man, Connor looked at me and advised he took care of it. When I brought my vehicle to him, I advised I needed an oil change, and to add more coolant also. Connor called me back an hour later and told me I would be needing a new radiator. He advised new parts and radiators would come out to a total of 1600 bucks. He called me back later and advised he gave me the wrong price, the correct price would be about two grand but he advised he would still honor his original quote of 1600 bucks. I understand every dog gotta eat at the end of the day, but this man goes out of his ways to keep his word. You Sir, have restored faith in humanity. Your folks raised you right. I did and they made an xxx out of me yet again. Car shown as in stock. I checked the "in stock" box. The picture of the new Camry was an actual picture from their lot (I recognized the background). I inquired and they called me no less than 4 times in a 20 hour period trying to get me to "make an appointment to see it." On the second to last call I told them I might come in the following day but since it wasn't a haircut I was after, I didn't feel the need to make an appointment. They must have made one for me because on the last call before heading down there, they had me down for 3:30. Yup, they made the appointment for me. Anyway, let me get to the good part. ONCE AGAIN THE VEHICLE NOT ONLY WASN'T THERE BUT NEVER WAS. It is inbound, due in a week. They tricked me yet again in an effort to presell the vehicle. xxx is wrong with these people? I hope you North Carolinians aren't stupid enough to fall for this garbage. Yes, inventory is low but they are LOVING this. Fewer employees, less advertising and each and every car sold at an absurd premium. People, just wait this out. It won't be much longer. And don't forgive this crap show of a dealer for what they are doing to everyone. More

I own a 2015 Toyota Camry and have been having it serviced through Toyota of North Charlotte for years. They usually have great service good snacks comfortable chairs and for the most part all around serviced through Toyota of North Charlotte for years. Until recently when I purchased a set of brand new tires and had an issue while out of town with one of the tires. I purchased the extended warranty because I travel a lot. While attempting to have my tire replaced at another Toyota dealership I found out that this dealership sold me tires that were almost 1 year old with the impression that they were brand new. To top it all off whenever I called to the dealership to let them know what had happened and to find out why it was done the service representative was rude, acted as if it wasn't a problem and express no empathy towards my situation. It was hurtful! Now wherever I Go if I ever talk to someone about having their car serviced at Toyota of North Charlotte I will let them know that it is common practice to sell tires that are older and do not meet Toyota standards. More

Michael Brown then guided me to the in-house staff who were very efficient and made my total transaction so effortless. I'm from out of state, and constant follow-up calls were made to ensure my documents arrived on time. Michael Brown would call several times to make sure my car is performing as expected and to ensure me that I was just a phone call away should I have any concerns. I will buy my next vehicle from Toyota of North Charlotte and Highly Recommend them and Michael Brown!! More
This was a terrible experience from start to finish. I called about 3 times to ask about a 2022 Highlander that was to arrive soon and wanted to put money down right then. Nobody ever got in touch with me, no emails, no calls, nothing. But, when my fiancé called and gave his information he got emails and calls within minutes… The difference in him and I is that he is a man, I am a young lady, and he had a North Carolina number and I have a South Carolina number. We live in Greenville, SC and were willing to drive there immediately. I took the information that was given to my fiancé, called and raised xxxx that after I called right when the opened that day and several times throughout the day I never got a single call back but the “man from North Carolina” that was interested in the car gets a call back IMMEDIATELY is absolutely nothing but discrimination. I was not taken seriously at all by this dealership. It is ran by a bunch of crooks who are greedy and xxxxxx the market right now. I ended up being able to put money down on the vehicle to secure so I could go the following day and see it in person. After being told on the phone that when we got there we could talk numbers and come to an agreement, we drove 2 hours to see and finalized the deal. However, there was no “deal” or “coming to an agreement on numbers,” the head man in charge simply jacked the price of the car from roughly $43k MSRP to roughly $48-49k out the door price including my $1000 payment to secure the car. They wouldn’t budge on anything, they saw how much I was pre-approved for and took advantage of the entire situation. Salesmen like these people are the reason the market is so terrible right now. If I wasn’t in the predicament I am in currently, I wouldn’t be buying a car right now. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE. More
