Service I brought my car in on a Monday morning, and it was ready by 2pm that same day! Also the pricing was great, was quoted for more, but when I went to pick up my car the service actually costs less, which was a pleasant surprise!! More
Strung along for a week with nothing to show for it Things started out great. We worked with a great product specialist and salesperson and identified a vehicle we wanted to buy on 2-10-18. However, b Things started out great. We worked with a great product specialist and salesperson and identified a vehicle we wanted to buy on 2-10-18. However, because the dealership would not raise their trade-in offer from $6,500 to $7,000, we could not work out the logistics to pick up the vehicle until the following Thursday (2-15-18). My wife stayed in touch with the dealership throughout the week to make sure there were no further issues. On Thursday, my plane was delayed, and she called to make sure it would be OK if I came in later than we had scheduled. The product specialist told her that there was no need to rush when I landed and suggested that we come in Friday morning at 9. On the way to the dealership Friday morning, the dealership called to make sure things we were still coming. They told us that was great, and they’d see us when we got there. Everything seemed fine when we arrived and greeted the product specialist and salesperson. The salesperson sent us to the lot with the product specialist to make sure the vehicle was as expected. The vehicle was not in its original location, so we went to a few other parts of the lot looking for it. Finally, the product specialist took us back into the building and asked the salesperson to help locate the vehicle. He came over a few minutes later and told us that our vehicle had been “delivered the night before at 10pm”, despite the fact we had verified everything was OK both the night before and on our way in that morning. We were obviously unhappy with the way things went down, so we left the dealership immediately upon hearing that our chosen vehicle was not actually there, as we had been led to believe. We cooled down for a few minutes and then called to speak to the general manager, but were told he was in meeting, so we spoke to his executive assistant. She listened and expressed empathy for our situation and assured us that either the GM or she would be back to us as soon as he was out of the meeting and had a chance to review the situation. It is now Sunday 2-18-18, and we have heard nothing back (except for a telemarketer with no knowledge of the situation calling to ask us if we were still in the market for a Highlander!). The most frustrating part of this experience was that were multiple opportunities for the dealership to let us know our vehicle had been sold and help us identify another option. Even after they failed to communicate the sale of the original vehicle in a timely manner, they could have tried to find a comparable car and offer us a good price. They failed to do any of that and consequently wasted our time and created a major inconvenience. Since we had already committed to selling our old vehicle later that Friday morning, we now have only one car and are scrambling to find a replacement for our old Highlander. More

Toyota Tundra Michael Brown was very helpful, professional and not pushy at all. Was very easy to negotiate and talk with, more than your typicall salesman.
