Christian can be a little pushy to start off with (what salesman isn't), but I had an excellent experience working with him. I pre-ordered a Corolla in Dec 2022, and wanted to change my financing options a salesman isn't), but I had an excellent experience working with him. I pre-ordered a Corolla in Dec 2022, and wanted to change my financing options a month later (still before the car came in), and he immediately helped me swap my options. He will listen to you, and do everything in his power to meet your asks. Just be direct. Will buy my next car from him as well. More
Sale staffs are great to deal with but I could not see myself paying a 10% Market Adjustment above MSRP. The car I wanted to purchase has a MSRP of $40k + $4k (market adjustment) = $44k Sale Price. This i myself paying a 10% Market Adjustment above MSRP. The car I wanted to purchase has a MSRP of $40k + $4k (market adjustment) = $44k Sale Price. This is a purely a mark up with nothing, zero, nada dealer added option. They didnt even offer frivilous stuff stain protection, paint and dent protection, oh and the most frivilous of all, “Nitrogen” filled tires. Typical market adjustment are about 3 % in the past but rarely any dealers are doing that anymore. One sale guy even mentioned that a recent customer bought a Tacoma with a $15k Market Adjustment becuase whe was waiting a few months and didnt want to wait any longer. Well she will never get a penny of that $15k back when she decides to sell or trade that truck in. More
If you value your time, money, and honesty, stay as far as you can away from this stealership. A true classic car stealership that want to make a quick buck off of you! I was in the market for a 2022 Tacom as you can away from this stealership. A true classic car stealership that want to make a quick buck off of you! I was in the market for a 2022 Tacoma TRD Pro in Manual transmission, and found this listing online for MSRP. I verified it on their website, Car Gurus, and others. I called in a few times to make sure that it was still good, and they assured me that they were willing to make a deal at MSRP or better. The day before I decided to make a two-hour drive away from home they reassured that it was still good. I woke up my family at 5AM to be there first thing when they opened, made the two hour trip to find out that a “Brand New” vehicle is no longer “New”, because it already had 386 miles and the person I test drove with even told me to floor it! I know that Toyota recommends a 621 mile break in period where you have to stay below 3500rpm and vary engine speed not send it to redline on every test drive! This was a manual so it was sitting on their lot for 59 days when I came in. Then we went to sit down for numbers. They had us fill out a credit application way before the numbers were even discussed, put on this big dog and pony show on options we can use like finance, lease, or cash for absolutely no reason. Anyone with any knowledge of using the internet already knows these options. They then came out with a very suspicious paper that only had the vehicle price and the trade-in value. The price was now revealed to be $10,000 above MSRP “market adjusted value” with no reasoning, no justification, nothing. The trade in offer was atrocious, and I had a very decent trade in, not a beat down throwaway vehicle. I already had another deal at a different dealership, but I wanted to give this one a chance because they might give me a better offer… All in all, waste of time, effort and gas money to try and deal with clowns dressed as businessmen/women. Take your money elsewhere and don’t look back! I would give this stealership a -5/5 stars if I could. More
We were a guaranteed sale. Came from out of town to purchase a 23 camry. There was one left on the lot. The young lady whose showed us the car was very sweet. The actual sales Came from out of town to purchase a 23 camry. There was one left on the lot. The young lady whose showed us the car was very sweet. The actual sales person was not honest with us nor was he concerned with the best deal for us. The camry was marked up 4k. Even with a hefty down-payment and an A+ credit score, this car was still going to cost us thousands more than advertised. We knew to look out for this but a lot of people do not. The marked up msrp isn't why I'm writing this review though. Toyota ran an ad for 2.9% on a 2023 Camry. We weren't given that despite the credit score that qualified us for it. We walked out but I'm pretty sure one of the two people who test drove the car while we sat and did paperwork to potentially buy it, fell for this scam. Went somewhere else and bought a luxury vehicle for the same price. More
Hands down, the worst experience I have ever had trying to buy a vehicle. Long story short, their sales staff doesn’t listen. They lie to you. Oh, and they won’t email you information because they can o to buy a vehicle. Long story short, their sales staff doesn’t listen. They lie to you. Oh, and they won’t email you information because they can only tell you over the phone that they are charging a $6k markup on vehicles. Add to this the unprofessional responses via text and email. Anyone doubts this, I am HAPPY to share. This is a sleazy 1980’s style dealership. Stay away. More

My wife and I bring our vehicles to this Service Consultant, Connor McCullough many times over and over again. Before hand, I’ve brought my wife’s vehicle in and bought new tires from Connor. A coup Consultant, Connor McCullough many times over and over again. Before hand, I’ve brought my wife’s vehicle in and bought new tires from Connor. A couple weeks later we noticed that the TPMS light was on. I brought it back to him and he advised it would be 300 bucks with installation. I confirmed to him to just go ahead and replace the faulty TMPS sensor. About 30 minutes after, he came out and gave me a bill. I looked at the bill and it said payment due of 0.00. This man, Connor looked at me and advised he took care of it. When I brought my vehicle to him, I advised I needed an oil change, and to add more coolant also. Connor called me back an hour later and told me I would be needing a new radiator. He advised new parts and radiators would come out to a total of 1600 bucks. He called me back later and advised he gave me the wrong price, the correct price would be about two grand but he advised he would still honor his original quote of 1600 bucks. I understand every dog gotta eat at the end of the day, but this man goes out of his ways to keep his word. You Sir, have restored faith in humanity. Your folks raised you right. May you’re life be nothing but happiness and smiles. I wanted to say Thank you. More

"Fool me twice. " I guess this one was on me. After my last review I tried to write to the general manager but they keep the identity of that whatever it is hidden " I guess this one was on me. After my last review I tried to write to the general manager but they keep the identity of that whatever it is hidden and I'm sure the lady running interference for them tossed my complaint but I did get a couple of calls from someone there asking to give them a second chance and promising it would be better. I did and they made an xxx out of me yet again. Car shown as in stock. I checked the "in stock" box. The picture of the new Camry was an actual picture from their lot (I recognized the background). I inquired and they called me no less than 4 times in a 20 hour period trying to get me to "make an appointment to see it." On the second to last call I told them I might come in the following day but since it wasn't a haircut I was after, I didn't feel the need to make an appointment. They must have made one for me because on the last call before heading down there, they had me down for 3:30. Yup, they made the appointment for me. Anyway, let me get to the good part. ONCE AGAIN THE VEHICLE NOT ONLY WASN'T THERE BUT NEVER WAS. It is inbound, due in a week. They tricked me yet again in an effort to presell the vehicle. xxx is wrong with these people? I hope you North Carolinians aren't stupid enough to fall for this garbage. Yes, inventory is low but they are LOVING this. Fewer employees, less advertising and each and every car sold at an absurd premium. People, just wait this out. It won't be much longer. And don't forgive this crap show of a dealer for what they are doing to everyone. More
Sleaziest dealership I’ve ever experienced.
