You and your guys are the bomb! This was the easiest car buying experience I have EVER had. I was pleased with all the service/attention that I received. Even though I was working with Paul and Dan others o buying experience I have EVER had. I was pleased with all the service/attention that I received. Even though I was working with Paul and Dan others on the floor offered me coffee, water or a soda. I found that to be exceptional customer service. Normally, if I’m not your customer later for you but, not your guys! I have spoken to others about you, hopefully they will make up their minds soon and come and see you! More
Lizz Lunn and Vicki and Samantha not only offered the right vehicle (Sienna XLE) via the internet with right pricing, but they made the visit to North Charlotte our final stop. I shopped with 12 dealers right vehicle (Sienna XLE) via the internet with right pricing, but they made the visit to North Charlotte our final stop. I shopped with 12 dealerships before buying and the experience (friendly, professional, fast) and the feel (low pressure but engaging) made us new customers. More
The reason for the rating given is not having my questions answered regarding potential payment and finance rate. This sales director by the name of Jackie "told" me to bring both of my trades and 3 questions answered regarding potential payment and finance rate. This sales director by the name of Jackie "told" me to bring both of my trades and 3k to be able to close the deal with no explanation whatsover. When I counter-offered, I was totally unheard and ignored.I drove to the dealership to speak with the general manager that was supposedly there that night according to the lady that answered the phone, his name is Paul Kramer, I had called before I drove to the dealership, and was told that he was with customers, I arrived within a very short time, and was then told he was not in, made me wonder... Jackie, the sales director came out to speak with me, visibly shaken and nervous and once again stated that HE told me what I needed to to do. Since when do businesses "tell" people what to do. Its supposed to be all about open discussion and options of which this dealership was not willing to do. I will tell everyone I know to not use this dealership. I had already recommended several people to go to this dealership, I will now tell them to never use this dealership. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. I had gone into the dealership on a Saturday, spent for hours to be only be told thanks, but no thanks, we cant do anything for you, I then had a call from another "sales mnanager" by the name of Samantha, she kept saying she would return my calls, and never did. Bryan has managed the service & repair for our entire family's cars for over six years! He is extremely professional and very careful to make sure we receive quality & timely service. I travel for work family's cars for over six years! He is extremely professional and very careful to make sure we receive quality & timely service. I travel for work over 500 miles a week across the state and worry often as to the reliability of an older car. Bryan goes above and beyond the "call of duty" to make sure my car is in excellent condition which allows me to travel "worry-free"!! Where there has been any problem with service (which has been rare) he immediatley resolves the problem without any question! We love the service at this dealership and that says a lot as we had never used a dealership for service until our relationship with Bryan began! We had always preferred the smaller service shop where we had a personal relationship we could rely on. When we switched one time for some service at Toyota, our experience with Bryan made us loyal customers from that point on...... Kudos to Bryan!!!! Rose Bailey & Jay Lesemann More
I am shocked at the reviews I see online for Toyota of North Charlotte. I hesitated purchasing a car from this dealership because of what I read in the reviews. I mentioned this to the salesperson, sales North Charlotte. I hesitated purchasing a car from this dealership because of what I read in the reviews. I mentioned this to the salesperson, sales manager, finance officer, and even the owner (though I didn’t realize I was speaking to him at the time !). There are many ‘new’ people now in this dealership. We have owned Toyotas since 1984, purchasing from two dealers in the Charlotte area. One in particular (in November 2006) was extremely pushy. It took FOUR hours to settle on a price we were all comfortable with. I walked out four times. I was a total wreck; but I got the price I could handle financially on a 2007 Prius. I had not intended to go to this dealership, because of the distance involved. But, my neighbor had purchased her 2006 Corolla from them and had a good experience. So………… She and I went about a month ago and drove a new 2012 Prius v – two. Who says these salespersons ‘grab you at the door or outside’ ??? I walked in the front door 3x right by three salesman and not one confronted me. When I decided to talk to one, I went to the front desk and they paged a salesperson. Our salesperson was Ellissia. New, but very knowledgeable. When she didn’t know an answer, she found it for me. I went to several other Toyota dealerships. I didn’t discuss specifics until this past week. I did not make my decision until the last day. A week ago, I went back to Toyota of North Charlotte. Ellissia (I drove Prius with her) was not working that day, so I dealt with Wyatt (I drove Corolla, Rav4, and Camry with him). No one confronted me again as I entered the dealership. Wyatt was fantastic, as was Ellissia. At that point, I met with sales manager, Chris Pack. We discussed the Rav4 and 2012 Prius v. I still had not decided which one I wanted. But, they did appraise my 2007 Prius. Bummer !!!! I had decided to not go back to them. Two days later, I went to another dealer within 70 miles of my home. Only one Prius v two on the lot. The next day, I went to another Toyota dealer within 70 miles of my home. Only one Prius v two was on the lot. Didn’t like what they had added. But, got an even better price for my Prius from both places – right with what I found on Kelly Blue Book, etc. I also got a price for Prius v three (I wanted navigation and leather). Before leaving the last dealership, my neighbor said, “Why don’t we call Ellissia and see what they have on the lot today?” And, on to Toyota of North Charlotte we went. We spent a while walking around. We found a Prius v three. So, I told Ellissia I wanted to see the Rav4 we had driven earlier that week with Wyatt and the Prius v three. I also wanted my neighbor to drive both and get her opinion. To me, it felt like hours in negotiations, but my neighbor said it was only about 30-45 minutes ! Of course, they wanted to know when I was going to purchase… what they could do to help me make a decision…etc etc.... The salesperson, Chris Pack, - always with that fantastic smile worked really hard negotiating. I think I put on the pressure this time, because I finally told them what I could pay. They couldn’t meet that, so I told them I was leaving. As we walked out, Ellissia called me back. I was pointed to a smaller room and spoke with Paul. He said he’d meet my price! I didn’t realize until I was walking out that I had dealt with the owner. I went back the next day to pick up my 2012 Prius v three. Our agreement was still good. A few things changed. Minor things, except to me they are not minor in the sense that: when I am told a certain thing, that is what I expect later on down the road. How about you?? Guess that is the teacher (retired) in me ! All worked out finally. I drove home my new 2012 Prius v three. One thing I must say: I told every dealership, “PLEASE DO NOT CALL ME.” I am a serious Toyota owner and will return when I make a decision. Back in the summer…. One dealer (nameless) called me NINE times. The last time, I said to him, “Tony, didn’t I say when I went in that I did not want to be hassled with phone calls?” He then said that he’d put it in the computer. Duh.. Same thing last week with another dealer. I told the owner, salesperson, and sales manager of Toyota of North Charlotte that I hope that, if and when I need to come in for service, etc, they will be as friendly, cordial, and knowledgeable as they were this week. For once, NO ONE belittled my car (except the mileage). I hate it when salespersons, etc, tell you well….. you know this and that….. about your trade…. HAPPY CUSTOMER… TO DATE…… If this changes in the future, I will write a review here. THANKS TO ELLISSIA, WYATT, CHRIS, PAUL, AND NICHOLAS !!!! MERCI BEAUCOUP… MERCI BEAUCOUP !!!! More
