I was in to buy a new vehicle and the buying experience was initially heading south. They had initially offered me a price at an APR few weeks ago and now when I was ready to buy the vehicle they were back was initially heading south. They had initially offered me a price at an APR few weeks ago and now when I was ready to buy the vehicle they were backing out. But then Mr.Michael Brown stepped in and explained that a mistake was done that the previously mentioned price was not applicable to our situation and sorted things out. Mr Brown was honest about the prices and we thoroughly enjoyed working with him. We ended up buying the car at slightly higher price than we planned for but at least got it for the APR that we needed. So overall the experience was good and the staff friendly and honest. I have to thank the team of Lizz Lunn and special thanks to Mr.Brown. They are definitely on top of my dealer list if I have to buy a car in the future. More
No no no no no I would not send any of my family or friends to this dealership. We looked here when we were looking to trade our car in. By the way it was a Toyota as we purchased from there a couple friends to this dealership. We looked here when we were looking to trade our car in. By the way it was a Toyota as we purchased from there a couple of years before. They were rude then and are still rude. But it is so close to my house. Like 5 minutes. We actually had heard from another friend that they had a bad experience there as well. They said they went Toyota of Gastonia. So we went there and ended up trading our car there. Great experience! Well after I purchased from Gastonia they said we could take it to any Dealership and have the oil changed. Well, when I took my car to the North Charlotte location they said they couldnt do that there because it wasnt purchased from there. Ok I went back to Gastonia. Now a few months later one of seatbelts is not working. I took a chance and went back to North Charlotte. Ha ha. Bad choice. They were so rude insisting something was spilled in it. Umm no there wasnt. They guy was rude and said only mechanical is covered under a warranty not seatbelts. So, I would have to buy a brand new one. Didnt even check it. Then I asked for the manager. He came out all nice. I took him outside and explained. He said if something was spilled in it, it was not covered. I said nothing was spilled in it. I asked if it would be covered and he said as long as nothing was spilled in it. Ok, so the other guy lied to me. Only mechanical coverd huh? Then the manager said to me that the other guy never said that. I opened the service door and asked the guy. Hey, what is covered. He said mechanical only. I looked at the manager and said you guys are a_ _ holes. Then I got in my car and the manager then said if you would just stop talking and listen I can explain. I even told him about theat they didnt change my oil last time because I didnt purchase it from there. He then again in so many words called me a liar. I will drive and hour from my house from now on to get my car serviced. I hope the North Charlotte location goes out of Biz. Or gets new managers. That place is bad. I will be making a formal complaint and when I go to Gastonia and they fix the seatbelt for me, which by the way has nothing spilled in it, I will bring the paperwork back to North Charlotte and have them explain. I will admit, I became very rude to them after they treated me like an idiot. More

This is my 3rd car with Toyota of North Charlotte. I took my vehicle for the recommended maintenance. The service was very good. Brandy assisted me with my first maintenance service 5 years ago. Today, she continues to greet every customer with a smile on her face, and is always willing to acommodate to your needs and very clear explaining the service to be given. I will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good customer service - especially if you are (like me) not so knowlegeable with cars.
