After doing a lot of shopping around for a new camry, I found a good price for one on Toyota Of North Charlotte website. I made an appointment with someone in their BDC area and drove 45 minutes to take a found a good price for one on Toyota Of North Charlotte website. I made an appointment with someone in their BDC area and drove 45 minutes to take a look at a brand new Camry S model listed for 21,988. When I arrived at the dealership I was immediatly passed off to a "Product Specialist" who told me he had no idea which car was the one listed for the internet price and told me to just pick whichever Camry S I liked and it would be the same price. After picking the car I met Samantha Mattson, a "sales manager" (whoever gave this lady the title of manager should be fired along with her). She proceeded to tell me that the Camry S I had chosen was not 21,988 and that they had sold all of their internet special cars. I wouldn't have had a problem with this if she wasn't so condescending, arrogant, and horribly bland. When I asked to talk to the person in charge I met James Baune (although the way he says it you would think its James Bond, and thats probably intentional). This guy was just as condescending and arrogant, but to make matters worse, he was horribly stupid as well. After a discussion on the proper way to do business which does not involve the good ol' bait and switch technique I've come to find out this place loves to use, I left very upset. I will never buy a vehicle from Toyota of North Charlotte and I encourage everyone else to boycott them as well. They give car salesmen everywhere a bad name. More
My experience at Toyota of North Charlotte was absolutely dreadful. I incountered some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Patricia Hill was the sales associate that was so rude to us. From the moment she first spoke with us she was terrible, her customer service skills were a joke, she rolled her eyes at every word we said to her, her tone was sarcastic and she just had all around awful interpersonal skills. She was extremely unhelpful, at one point she even said to us "That's not my job to know factual information about this car". We were visiting this dealership intending to find out information about the Prius and she acted as if we were idiots because we did not know every detail about them. This woman was so bad that we cut our visit short. I will never return to this dealship just to avoid interacting with Patricia. If anyone were to ask about this dealship I would tell them about how terrible our experience was and advise them to also avoid going to this particular dealship. The fact that this woman still has a job and that Toyota of North Charlotte has not fired her is beyond me. More
I needed oil change, new tires and brakes after 6pm and had told them I'd be willing to leave car there for a day or two to give them enough time. Brandy has been great to work wit I have been taking my vehicles to Toyota of North Charlotte for many years now. I have always gotten great service. Brandy has been great to work with and has always took the extra time to listen to my concerns about my vehicle and has went the extra mile to give me the peace of mind I needed. I am pretty savy when it comes to research on car parts and car problems and they have never steered me wrong with work that needed to be done on my car. I have taking my cars to different places to see how honest they are about the work needed to be done and they have always been honest with me. My vehicles are always serviced at this location now. I purchased a 2010 Kia Rio in January 2010. I found it weird when the battery died in August of the same year, only to find out my 2010 car had a battery from 2006.
