I can honestly say that I've truly enjoyed my visit. all the sales representatives that I work with was very professional and friendly. Most importantly they were very knowledgeable of the different financing options that would suit me best. Joe Daniels it was a real pleasure to work with. he explained all paperwork in full detail and assured me if I had any questions at any given time I will be more than welcome to call him. So thanks everybody at Toyota for making my experience pleasurable. More
Terrible coordination I brought my 4Runner in for a simple serpentine belt change and to change out a faulty one yr old battery. The service took about 1.5 hours in total w I brought my 4Runner in for a simple serpentine belt change and to change out a faulty one yr old battery. The service took about 1.5 hours in total with an appointment. When I went outside I looked to see what the new belt looked like, but I really could not see a difference. As it turns out, they never even changed the belt, but they did charge me for it!!!!! $128.00 and they never even did the work!!! I was just about to call the better business bureau when I had a chance to look a couple days later... when the dealership actually called me and admitted their mistake (two days later). At least they had integrity I suppose. And they did offer to give me a free oil change. . But, when I brought the car in to have the belt put on (second attempt) they installed it incorrectly and it squealed horribly. I brought it back several days later and they determined that the mechanic had indeed installed the belt incorrectly by having it not lined up correctly with the grooves in the pullies (it was off by one groove). It was a simple fix, but seriously... Three attempts to change a belt??? I can honestly say that these guys are utterly incompetent and I can't even imagine allowing them to tune my kid's skateboard let alone my vehicle. Run! Find another mechanic! More

Every time I have come for servicing, there have been suggestions to replace parts. Its like milking money every time with different things. I am not an expert and hence gave them the benefit of doubt un suggestions to replace parts. Its like milking money every time with different things. I am not an expert and hence gave them the benefit of doubt until last time when the rep mentioned all tires are worn out and they should be replaced. This time I was sure they are simply trying to make money since I had changed 2 tires recently. Upon further research, the service rep found out that I indeed had replaced 2 tires. I don't have any more faith in this service center and will not be visiting again. More

I went in thinking that I would not be able to walk out with a deal that was conducive with my needs, however they far exceeded my e North Charlotte. Gary handled me with care and was very supportive and knowledgeable. Sean actively listened to my story and he went above and beyond in getting me the interest rate and payment that would work for me. That is exactly what he did, he worked for me. This is the best car experience I have ever, yes I said ever, had. I want to tell the world to head on over to Sean Pires at Toyota of North Charlotte. I am 110% convinced and can speak from experience that he will look out for your best interests and you will be a happy customer when you walk away, strike that, DRIVE away in your new vehicle. More

Great experience buying a new car. Took several tries to get me in the ball park of what I wanted to pay. They did not give up until they got me to a comfortable payment. I glad , I stopped by at Toyota of North Charlotte. Paul came to us and meet and greet , then he trying to show cars that suit with me ,then he tried to explained all criteria , to match with what I want a came to us and meet and greet , then he trying to show cars that suit with me ,then he tried to explained all criteria , to match with what I want and what type of toyota RAV 4 is possible best for me.that was very good start. And we were invited to lobby and we started talking about price . We started with Mr . Ophagoe Funderburk. At the beginning , I almost give up and go home. Because the amount I can pay wasn't match for new car. But Mr.walter Hoover was trying to continues negotiation the price, give us some idea, many options and listen what I can do and how much I can pay . Try to Understanding your coustomer is very good experience for me,even they have to make sales before year end. I appreciate that they try to make a deal with ANY coustomers. I can wait , I don't have to rush to buy new car, but they tried to meet me more than half way . Mr. Joe Veditz , give us very good rates and very simple procedure for all paper works. I can go home with my new toyota RAV4 , I happy with my car price, I'll stop compare with other , Mr.joe Veditz ,thank you for your team work with your associates. I have not stopped raving about our experience at Toyota North Charlotte. Paul and Carl were excellent salesmen, they showed us exactly what we were looking for and were patient and considerate when we aske North Charlotte. Paul and Carl were excellent salesmen, they showed us exactly what we were looking for and were patient and considerate when we asked for 5 keys at one time and still kept looking. They didn't show us anything we weren't interested in and continuously gave their advice and were generous with information. Steve Gregory in sales was great. He did everything he possibly could to not only get us in the cars we wanted, but made sure we were getting the cars we loved for the price we wanted. Chris, our finance manager was also outstanding. They both worked for hours to make sure we were happy. When we sat down to sign papers, David Watts was funny, light, patient, thorough and more than helpful. He made sure we understood what we were signing but didn't expect us to sign paper after paper without actual conversation. I can't say enough good things about all these men. I even asked to speak with Paul Kramer and his assistant Glenda was immediately attentive. The woman working the customer service desk whose name I unfortunately did not catch was more than helpful with my request. Glenda went to find Mr. Kramer as soon as I asked for him and within minutes he was introducing himself to us. He was very polite and personable. It's not easy to find people who don't seem bothered talking to people when they were in the middle of something but we found that with everyone we came in contact with at Toyota North Charlotte was immensely helpful, understanding, kind, and friendly. By our second visit everyone knew our names. I have told everyone I can to go to Toyota for their next car. As for our cars, I got the 2014 Corolla, John got the 2014 Camry. We are both IN LOVE with our cars. We find any excuse we can to drive somewhere now. We love the technology (i.e. the backup camera, touch screen radio, bluetooth capabilities, display) and the fuel efficiency. We got exactly what we wanted and didn't pay more than we could afford. That is in no small part due to Carl, Paul, Steve, Chris, and David, as well as the other people working behind the scenes we didn't have the chance to meet and speak with. We are more than happy with our experience there and the follow up calls and emails we have received just so they can make sure we are happy. I would recommend Toyota North Charlotte to any and everyone. More
