Great Long Term Relationship Sale This is the third vehicle in two years that my wife and I have gotten from Toyota of North Charlotte. Every time we have come in we have been dealt w This is the third vehicle in two years that my wife and I have gotten from Toyota of North Charlotte. Every time we have come in we have been dealt with in a Professional manner. The staff is very knowledgeable about their product and were very detailed when explaining all the features of the vehicles. We came in two years ago to get out of our current car and wanted to get into something bigger. They set us up with a 2013 RAV 4 and have been nothing but satisfied since. Then a year ago we came to the dealership to get the RAV 4 serviced and we ended up buying a 2013 4 door Jeep Wrangler. This was a great deal because I wanted to trade my two door jeep in and the Mr. Baune took great care and really made the deal work for us. Then recently the dealership called us up to let us know about an incentive program they were offering for the 2013 RAV 4. Not only did we get a 2015, but we got the next series up and reduced our monthly payment. They presented us with a win win situation for both us and the dealership. Again, Mr. Baune took care of us and has been nothing but personal and professioanl and has created a partnership with this family. I know that before I go anywhere else I will always give Toyota of North Charlotte the first and only visit to a dealership if we are in the market for a new vehicle. Christian Guerrero listened to what we were looking for in terms of a finance package and took the time to understand where we were coming from in order to make the deal work. We worked together to create an experience that was rewarding both personally and professionally. It is very hard in today's fast paced market to find a business that takes the time to get to know you personally and looks out your best interest in the car business. Again, Mr. Baune and Christian were fantastic and as we were leaving Mr. Baune wanted to know when I would get bored with the Jeep and want to get into something else. I cannot thank them and their team for their wonderful service and partnership that I have experienced over the last two years.
