Cain is great! I wasn't even really expecting to drive home with a new vehicle in the same day but the guys were great. They gave me what my trade was worth, put me in a vehicle I wanted, and keeped me we home with a new vehicle in the same day but the guys were great. They gave me what my trade was worth, put me in a vehicle I wanted, and keeped me well under my monthly payment amount. I will be back for sure. Great job guys. More

Though the deal we made was absolutely great, because of the bickering back and forth on my trade-in, I was left with a manual-less vehicle on a quarter tank of gas. In May 2007, my wife purchased a 2007 Rav4. John Romell was our salesman and I have to say he is the best car salesman with whom we've ever dealt. My wife made an offer on the vehicle, far below what we ex was our salesman and I have to say he is the best car salesman with whom we've ever dealt. My wife made an offer on the vehicle, far below what we expected them to agree on, and they didn't. But their counter offer was quite reasonable and acceptable. We were both very impressed with John in all aspects. In August we went back and we asked for John. He immediately remembered us and I said, "Here's what I want for my trade in. If you can give me that, I'll buy a new car." He got me what I wanted. He then mentioned the rebate on the new car and said he'd get some off the sticker for me. He did. So I bought a 2008 Corolla. Once more we were quite pleased with John in all aspects. Since my wife made her pruchase, she has been back in for an oil change. A simple thing to be sure, but she was quite pleased with the service. We definitely will purchase again From Cain Toyota, and hopefully when that time comes, John will still be there. In the meantime, we will be having our vehicles serviced there. We both highly recommend Cain Toyota and John Romell. More
