I found the car I wanted through autotrader.com. The car was as nice as they showed it to be. When I made a deal for the car and there was a slight problem with the car they made sure to fix the problem fo was as nice as they showed it to be. I have now purchased or leased four new cars consecutively from Cain Toyota. I have been returning for several reasons but the most important are treatment, service, product and price. I have always been able to negotiate with the salesman in a professional manner without a hard-nosed manager coming out trying to give me a take it or leave it approach. I had all but purchased a Sorento from a competitor yesterday but the business manager was very unprofessional in his approach. I felt if he behaved like that trying to sell me a car, how would he behave if we encountered a problem after buying the car. Our saleman this time with Cain was "Tony". He was great to work with. He was friendly and low key; which is how we prefer when car shopping. I have taken my cars back to Cain for service covered under warranty. They have always provided me with a loaner when necessary and done quality work. Of course, the number one reason that I keep buying Toyota cars is I feel they have a quality product. Finally, we have always been able to negotiate what I felt was a reasonable price. I'll continue to give Cain my business or at least give them the edge for the reasons indicated above. More
Cain is great! I wasn't even really expecting to drive home with a new vehicle in the same day but the guys were great. They gave me what my trade was worth, put me in a vehicle I wanted, and keeped me we home with a new vehicle in the same day but the guys were great. Though the deal we made was absolutely great, because of the bickering back and forth on my trade-in, I was left with a manual-less vehicle on a quarter tank of gas. In May 2007, my wife purchased a 2007 Rav4. John Romell was our salesman and I have to say he is the best car salesman with whom we've ever dealt. My wife made an offer on the vehicle, far below what we ex was our salesman and I have to say he is the best car salesman with whom we've ever dealt. My wife made an offer on the vehicle, far below what we expected them to agree on, and they didn't. But their counter offer was quite reasonable and acceptable. We were both very impressed with John in all aspects. In August we went back and we asked for John. He immediately remembered us and I said, "Here's what I want for my trade in. If you can give me that, I'll buy a new car." He got me what I wanted. He then mentioned the rebate on the new car and said he'd get some off the sticker for me. He did. So I bought a 2008 Corolla. Once more we were quite pleased with John in all aspects. Since my wife made her pruchase, she has been back in for an oil change. A simple thing to be sure, but she was quite pleased with the service. We definitely will purchase again From Cain Toyota, and hopefully when that time comes, John will still be there. In the meantime, we will be having our vehicles serviced there. We both highly recommend Cain Toyota and John Romell. More
