I walked into the dealership knowing which type of Toyota I wanted. Jim Yost escorted me over to the shiny black Camry's. He waited patiently while I sat in each one, trying to decide if it would be the SE or the LE. He was not pushy at all. He was laid back and mellow, my kind of salesman! He answered each of my questions and walked me through the entire process (this was my first car buying experience). I feel he gave me a great deal on my new car and my trade in. After I purchased the car, I really liked that he sat inside the car with me and went over each button and feature, alot has changed since my 1997 was built! Jim was very knowledgeable and detailed. He gave me great tips and went over the Toyota Care schedule. The entire experience went smoothly and I was in and out of the dealership in just a few hours. I even had time to meet my family for a "new car celebration" dinner! Thanks Jim! More

I decided to visit Cain Toyota because of the uniformly positive ratings they have received. My first contact was with Scot Poppe, via internet request for information. He provided information on pricing and encouraged me to visit. When I came in, I worked with Art Arteno. He had the cars I was interested in seeing ready to go when I arrived. He answered all of my questions knowledgeably. I was most impressed with his low-key sales pitch. He was there to work with me, not pressure me into making a quick decision. That said, when I did decide to buy on the same day, he was very helpful in making that happen. The pricing on my trade-in and on the new car were fair and in line with the research I had done prior to coming in to visit. There was absolutely NO song and dance and I felt respected as a customer. I would definitely recommend this dealer and this salesperson to friends. They have earned their high ratings. More
Cain Toyota is a friendly dealership. Everyone seems willing to help each other out even though they may not be your “sales person”. The only small issue I had on this particular time was that the car w willing to help each other out even though they may not be your “sales person”. The only small issue I had on this particular time was that the car was in the maintenance building because the brakes were locked up from someone leaving the emergency brake was on, so I had to come back later to test drive it. John has been a wonderful sales person to deal with. This was my 3rd used car I bought from John, although one of them was what I would call a “lemon”…but they tried to make it right and they bought it back from me (I still lost money though). More
