Dave was very nice to work with, and understood our concerns. Looking for a used car with great mileage and high safety factor. I went to this specific dealership not only because they had the car that I was looking for, but also because I had heard excellent things about the way that they treat their customers. I had the pleasure to work with Ken Damis as my salesperson, and he was excellent. He was very open about the options that I had as far as vehicles, and never once did I feel pressured or intimidated to buy something. The finance manager, Ben Barbato, explained to me exactly what I was paying for in a way that I could understand. I was trading in a vehicle, and Ryan Burton was the one looked over my trade-in car. I felt that I was given a great trade-in value on my vehicle, which helped further facilitate the transaction. I actually went out determined to buy a Ford Taurus, I really liked the look of them. I was not treated well at the Ford dealership, I was excited and it showed. The first price sheet the Ford saleman brought me had a 5.9% interest rate and I had already told him I have A-1 credit. I left there and came to your lot as my brother had told me he thought I would like the Camry. I was determined to buy American and my brother showed me how the cars now have stickers that show where they were made. I was happy to see the Camry was made in America. While I was looking at the red Camry and falling in love with it Ken Damis drove up in a golf cart, from that moment on the entire experience was a cakewalk. Everyone at your company made my purchase easy but Ken made it a particularly easy and pleasant experience. I drove my new red Camry off the lot that day. I have told everyone I talk to, and I talk a lot, about how my experience was so wonderful. More
