A very satisfactory car buying experience. Amy Kovein was our primary salesperson assisted by Theresa Hessert ( still in training). Their friendly welcoming manner immediately put us at ease and I was very i our primary salesperson assisted by Theresa Hessert ( still in training). Their friendly welcoming manner immediately put us at ease and I was very impressed by Amy's technical knowledge in promoting Toyota's safety and dependability. My wife and I always felt that they were working with us to get what we were looking for and that their mission was to find us the car we wanted. We were somewhat time constrained and live east of Cambridge, OH so were an hour and a half away but Amy got everything scheduled smoothly and efficiently while Theresa helped us with the paper work. Tony in finance was able to meet our time constraints handily. It was a pleasure to work with such a welcoming and efficient staff. We would definitely be happy to look for our next car at your dealership. More

I wanted to trade in a leased vehicle that had one year remaining on the lease, and had already reached my three year limit on mileage.
