We stopped at Cain Toyota to look for a 2-3 year old car and did not even consider going elsewhere when we met Ken Demis. This man totally restored our faith in car salesmen. He was so patient and Knowledgeable with any and all questions asked of him. When we decided on our choice, he took care of the few problems that we felt were needed and were done to our satisfaction. When we picked up the car, he also went over everything with us, plus a follow-up "Thank you" note, which we appreciated.
