Robert was exceptionally friendly and positive from the start. Most importantly, he knew the product and when it was time to pick up our vehicle, he took a great deal of time and patience dealing with two start. Most importantly, he knew the product and when it was time to pick up our vehicle, he took a great deal of time and patience dealing with two 66 year olds, explaining all the features and even programming our Bluetooth and garage door opener. He of course had to explain a few features more than once, but was happy to do so. This is the type of service consumers expect but do not often receive. We can only hope that the service at Cain Toyota is on the same level as Robert's performance. We also met with Theresa briefly on 2 occasions. She was very pleasant to work with. Tony our financial specialist was amazingly organized and obviously knowledgeable regarding the process. He expedited the financial aspect of our transaction and exceeded our expectations. More

Ken Damis is my sales person. My wife and I have purchased a new Corolla, Camry, and Venza in the past from Ken, so this is my second Camry. Ken has always treated us with respect and dignity. He doesn't pressure us and goes out of his way to make sure we get all the info we need to make the right purchase. He is always very neat in appearance, and always seems to be in a good mood. He has a way to make the "car purchase experience" positive, instead of negative. We don't ever feel like we've been forced or coerced into a purchase. That's why we keep coming back to Ken, and will in the future, and oh yes, we like Toyotas. Thank You ! More
My husband and I had been car shopping for over a month - from the Jeep dealership to the Ford dealership ( not impressed, we couldn't get a bottom line lease payment and it took days just to get that- very from the Jeep dealership to the Ford dealership ( not impressed, we couldn't get a bottom line lease payment and it took days just to get that- very frustrating!). We had rented a Toyota Rav4 on vacation this past summer so my husband insisted we go test drive one. Omg! We finally found a salesperson (Theresa Hessert) who was friendly, knowledgable and quick with a lease payment amount! She was never pushy (which I really dislike about car salespeople) and so nice! The Rav4 drove great! Within minutes of receiving the lease amount we said "YES!" The sales manager came over and introduced himself and Ben in the finance area was super nice and funny! The dealership was very impressive! I have been a loyal Chrysler customer for over 20 years until now - this dealership treated us right! Thanks, Theresa! More

I took 2 different visits to decide on the right RAV4 for me, I knew exactly what I wanted going in, and how much I wanted to pay.
