Robert was exceptionally friendly and positive from the start. Most importantly, he knew the product and when it was time to pick up our vehicle, he took a great deal of time and patience dealing with two start. He of course had to explain a few features more than once, but was happy to do so. This is the type of service consumers expect but do not often receive. We can only hope that the service at Cain Toyota is on the same level as Robert's performance. We also met with Theresa briefly on 2 occasions. She was very pleasant to work with.
