Ken Damis was very helpful, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help my wife and I's car shopping at Cain Toyota enjoyable and stress free. My wife stopped on a rare Sunday that Cain was open and allowed her to test drive a Toyota Rav4 XLE with no promise of a sale. I stopped the next day to test drive a RAV4 XLE but had to leave due to an appointment after the test drive. When I went back to talk with Ken the next afternoon, we were able to strike a deal on a RAV4 XLE within a half hour. Even though Ken was very busy with phone calls and other customers, I was able to take our new vehicle home the same day. Ken demonstrated what true Customer Service is all about. Great Job! More

This was my first lease so I tried to do some research. I contacted Ken by e-mail and we talked back and forth a bit and he quoted me a price. Based upon my research I felt the price was fair so I came in I contacted Ken by e-mail and we talked back and forth a bit and he quoted me a price. Based upon my research I felt the price was fair so I came in to look at the car. Ken was very nice and friendly to me during our talk and discussion about the car. I decided to buy based upon the price I was quoted in the e-mail and I signed all the documentation. After leaving the dealership I was happy with the car but I had a concern with the paperwork. I did a review on here and Ken called me right away to address my concern. He was friendly and helpful in explaining everything, and, after looking it all over again, I am confident I got the deal I asked for. More than that, I actually got it for $150 less than what we talked about because he had to drop the price a little to get me the deal due to my credit score. It is nice to know that there are honest dealers out there. My experience with Ken was a very positive one, he took time to explain everything to me, including all the options of the car since it has technology I was not familiar with. And, the fact that he took the time to look at the review here and call me about my concerns just adds to the positive experience overall. I would highly recommend Ken and Cain. More

As soon as we walked in the door, we were greeted and offered beverages. We had searched Cain's site looking for a specific vehicle before coming in. I have been searching for a Toyota Highlander for the last few months. I have visited several dealers and test driven several Highlanders without successfully finding the one for me. That changed when last few months. I have visited several dealers and test driven several Highlanders without successfully finding the one for me. That changed when I went to Cain Toyota and met Theresa Hessert. She was extremely friendly, knowledgable, professional, and informative. I would recommend her to anyone as she was very easy to deal with. Something you don't normally find when you are shopping for a vehicle. The purchase went smoothly and I drove home with my 2011 Highlander. Everyone I met at Cain Toyota was exceptional. We first purchased a Rav 4 2006 from Robert Rowan. We were impressed with Roberts people skills right away. He is very professional, but also very personable. Through the years after purchasing our car, Robert would periodically send us information in the mail, as well as Birthday cards every year. I always thought it to be very nice for him to do. My husband came to the dealership for a repair on our car, talked to Robert, and we came back the next day to look at a new Rav 4.We drove it, loved it, and bought it. Robert is the only salesperson we deal with, we love him.We also liked our finance manager Ben Barbato, he was extremely friendly, and explained everything to us clearly. Very nice guy.
