Easy process, friendly, no hard sales pitch. We stopped into Cain Toyota with the intent of just checking out the sales on 2017 RAV4 models, as a replacement for my husband's older (second car) 2 We stopped into Cain Toyota with the intent of just checking out the sales on 2017 RAV4 models, as a replacement for my husband's older (second car) 2001 Lincoln LS. It (like he) was starting to show it's age (and he, like I, keep 'em until they die -- and at our age it's a toss up as to what would expire first, the husband or the Lincoln). I should note I had no interest in having (or driving) an SUV for myself; I like my Camry (it's rightsized for me). The Sales Manager greeted us within in a minute or two of entering the Showroom, and shortly thereafter introduced us to one of the Salesman, Sam Warther. Sam proved to be very personable, and more importantly knowledgeable and informative, and made us feel at ease throughout the typical back and forth exploratory discussions. My husband liked Sam right away because they both need and wear hearing aids (and apparently could read each others lips to at least catch the gist of the ensuing conversations). Subsequently the husband decided that if he were to secure an SUV (his preference) the RAV4 was a little smaller than he'd like to have for our annual winter snowbird migrations to Florida. So we test drove a Highlander Limited, which the husband liked quite well (said after being revived with smelling salts from the sticker shock - which really wasn't out of hand considering all the creature comforts that it offered). Earlier on in our conversations with Sam I had noticed had a sharp looking silver Avalon with cream color interior sitting in the Showroom (you know how is with eye-catching 'bling' and all). Long story short, my husband ends up buying the Avalon, and I got to keep my Camry too (no trade in). Haven't quite decided whether Sam's that good a Salesman, or after 53 years of marriage my husband still loves me that much. On the whole, a most enjoyable experience. I note the Service Department has been great to work with as well. No work/maintenance offered or performed that wasn't needed. More

Before my test drive of my new used car, Amy had the car washed to ensure no blemishes were hidden and she reviewed all of the controls and options on the car. They quickly negotiated a fair deal, and Ben quickly processed the sale papers and provided me another car while my new car was being prepped with protective coatings inside and out which was performed overnight. When I picked up the car, Amy reviewed the controls and options with me again and assisted me in adding my phone for hands free cell calls. I visited other dealerships in my search for a new car and none demonstrated as much courtesy, support and honesty as I received at Cain Toyota. I will certainly consider them when I purchase my next car. More
Helpful, Accomodating, & Knowledgeable I popped in on a whim with two young children in tow when I started my minivan search and met Sam. He was great to work with - I made several trips into the dealership, sometimes with and sometimes without the kids to sit in, get a feel for, talk about, and test drive. Sam could speak about not just Toyota, but all the other brands out there. At other dealerships I visited if I mentioned I was interested in a different brand the salespeople were unable to even entertain the notion that I could possibly like something other than what they were showing me. Case in point, we ended up with a Honda Odyssey from a Toyota dealership! As the search narrowed down Sam was very proactive and would text me about new possibilities that were arriving at the dealership. He was always very prompt in replying to any questions that I called or texted about, was very courteous, and professional. This was the best vehicle-buying experience I have had. More

A year later I was back, Amy remembered me and was happy to find and put together all my wants into one beautiful vehicle. Amy made me feel very comfortable through the process unlike the typical anxiety I experienced buying my previous vehicles at other dealerships. Was it the dealerships philosophy or was it Amy? My husband took matters into his own hands and contacted Cain Toyota. He dealt with Amy in internet sales, and it was a great experience! No high pressure and no walking around the car lot in 90 degree temperatures. We purchased the car online. Went to pick it up a few days later, the car was everything and more than I wanted. Dealership was up to date, very clean and beautiful. Amy was there to walk me through all the new technology (I definitely needed help). I can't say enough great things about Amy and Cain Toyota! Sam is very knowledgeable as to all of the features and available features of the model I was interested in. He listened and worked very hard for us. We worked also with Ben Barbato and could not ask for a more professional person to secure the financials. In summary, after working with the above two individuals, I would not take my future business elsewhere. I would recommend Cain's very high to all. More
