I purchased a Highlander Limited Platinum, and he took as much time as needed to explain all of the bells and whistles, since most of them are new to me. He spent over an hour with us the day we picked it up, going over everything again, and informed me that I was welcome to stop in or call anytime, if I had more questions. Ben was also extremely helpful and personable. Everything was explained and taken care of for me. I would most definitely recommend Cain Toyota.
