My first time getting my car serviced there will also be my last. Completely dishonest company. I called 2 different times to get a quote for an oil change on my 2022 Toyota Corolla hybrid. Once 2 months ag my last. Completely dishonest company. I called 2 different times to get a quote for an oil change on my 2022 Toyota Corolla hybrid. Once 2 months ago and they told me it would be 59.95 which was very reasonable but I ended up going to wooster where I purchased car 2 years ago. Now 2 months later I was due for another oil change so I called again to ask price and make appointment and they again said 59.95 so I went ahead and scheduled the oil change. When I arrived I went ahead and added a tire rotation for 34.95 which is really high but I said go ahead since I'm already here. So when I went to check out I was expecting it to be about 95 plus tax but when I get to the cashier she says it's 134 ?? I told her I just got an oil change and tire rotation and they told me it was 59.95. Well she looked at me with this clueless look on her face I guess hopeing I would just pay it And not ask any questions. The invoice convienantly had no breakdown and she just says well there's sales tax added on. I explained to her sales tax is only 6.5 percent so that's 95 plus about 6 dollars so what is the other 33 dollars your charging me for. 2 people sitting back there and no one had a clue. She finally admitted something wasn't right and disappeared for about 20 minutes to the service department. When she came back she said you were right the bill was incorrect. She then goes to check me out and says it's now 124 ?? So instead of charging me a random 34 dollars for nothing they took 10 dollars of and were only adding 24 dollars in unknown charges. She still had no idea what it was for and no explanation of what I was being charged for so I asked to speak with the service department manager but apparently was not allowed to. My service advisor finally came over and I asked what happened the oil change was not 59.95 I'm being charged twice that. He rudely says that's only with a coupon. You don't have a coupon. I told him I called twice before coming in and this was my first time here , both times they told me 59.95. They didn't care one bit and said someone told me wrong and I don't have a coupon. They didn't even give me an estimate before I had the work done which really blows my mind that you just do all this work to a car and charge me whatever you want without asking me. The craziest thing is on the final invoice I got it says there is 60 dollars in labor !!?? Since when does an oil change also have a labor charge added to it on top of the price of the oil change?. Makes absolutely no sense and I can't even seem to get in contact with the service manager to get a real explanation as to what happened. More

I was camping 170 miles from home when my starter on truck went out, they got me in that day-placed me in rental and I picked up my truck next day-about 24 hr turnaround, totally amazing! Other dealerships said they couldn’t get me in til the next week, well I need to home and they came thru! Travis was great during every step of the way and Andrea is a sweetheart-she was so supportive, sympathetic and compassionate to my needs-she is an asset to this dealership-I am a woman camping alone this week with dog’s and she was just so understanding, she and the dealership made me feel like I had a friend away from home, You can bet they will us possible get you back on the road-“They got your back” so thank you Kristy S More
