I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but had to take my car in since something was off. Staff took my car in and they were so attentive and responsive throughout the process. We had a great experience at Toyota of North Austin! The salesman, Behzad Masoumi, was polite, knowledgeable, helpful but not pushy. He seemed sincere and honest.
