My service guy was friendly and nice however - the one thing I asked him was to change my clock and he didn’t do that . Didn’t notice til I got home. My car was just there for the 10,000 mike checkup and clearly nothing wrong but I assumed he would take 2 min to review what had just taken an hour to do . The whole dealership feels like everyone has a quota and hurries you along . The service guy should not make you feel rushed . More

Ben Davoodi was the worst car salesperson I have had the displeasure of working with. He had issues getting approvals at any price point and kept being very vague and secretive with me during the few days I displeasure of working with. He finally "approves" me for a car (this was supposedly a real approval and not a pre-approval as he had been running my credit for days at this point) and I come with my down payment he said I needed, I guess he didn't expect me to come up with the money because suddenly once I'm there; he says I have a repo and I cannot buy a car. Before my current car I only had one car loan that I had paid off and received the title for, and absolutely no bank on any bureau said I had a repo. Only a PAID and closed car loan on any credit report. Ben Davoodi also does not honor employee discounts and did not add one to my offer or to a car he sold to another coworker of ours. The very next dealership I went to approved me for a nicer manufacturer car with way less miles than what Ben "approved" me for. Funny enough, they used one of the same banks that Toyota ran me through and couldn't get me approved through. To me, that just shows Ben's incompetency at his job. Dealership sales managers had also harassed me multiple times to take down this review when I worked here & reviews that were not even mine. If they had approached me one more time I was going to be filing an HR complaint against Ben Davoodi and his managers. I am posting this again because I no longer work here and have to worry about harassment from the terrible Sales Department here at Toyota of North Austin. Buy a car literally anywhere else; you will have a far greater salesman experience than what can be provided here. More

Usually the service apartment is fine. But when taking my vehicle for my 30K appointment, the staff was incredibly rude and took a long time. After being told my car was reading and waiting 10 mins, I asked when I could expect my car. 5 mins later my car came out and the service advisor told me that I lied and it had not been 10 mins in a very rude manner. More
