I worked out the deal online ahead of time price, trade-in, financing, everything. When I showed up at the dealership, the truck was cleaned, gassed up, and ready to go. Was helped right away by staff and they were able to do the update on my car without issue. They don’t have a reliable transportation service so I ended up having to uber to work to get there on time and I the update on my car without issue. I didn’t have a scheduled appointment but had to take my car in since something was off. Staff took my car in and they were so attentive and responsive throughout the process. I was initially told my car wo car in since something was off. Staff took my car in and they were so attentive and responsive throughout the process. I was initially told my car would probably not get checked until the next day since I checked in around 2pm but by 5 they had called me that my car would be ready for pickup in 30-45mins.
