Worst Experience with Worst Sales Person I went to North Austin Toyota to buy a car and ended up just wasting my whole afternoon. The guy(Sameer) I was working with kept playing these weird games. North Austin Toyota to buy a car and ended up just wasting my whole afternoon. The guy(Sameer) I was working with kept playing these weird games. First, he'd go "check" if a car was on the lot even though it was on their website. He'd disappear for like 10 minutes every time, each time İ picked up from his portal that says available, just leaving me sitting there. This happened over and over 4 different cars. Every time I asked for the real "out-the-door" price, he'd dodge the question or give me some runaround. No straight answers. The craziest part? He finally writes a number on a piece of paper. I pull out my phone to take a picture of it so I can remember, and he literally tries to GRAB the paper out of my hand. We kinda tug at it for a second, and then he just takes it and rips it up right in front of me. Who does that? I talked to a manager after, told him everything, and he responded he did listen and sales agent telling opposite. Why and how that would be possible even. I understand him that he cant judge directly , and i m not expecting him to do. However this sales person full waste of time and unprofessional with bad attitude disrespectful to customer. Just a complete waste of a day. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else where they'll actually respect you and your time. I'm never coming back here. More
