I worked with Toyota of Newnan to buy a used 2017 Honda HR-V in July. The sales person, Manasseh, was good although he kept showing me cars out of my price range. We finally negotiated a price of $17.8k wh HR-V in July. The sales person, Manasseh, was good although he kept showing me cars out of my price range. We finally negotiated a price of $17.8k which is right in line with KBB. I told Manasseh I did not want any service contracts. We had been there for hours and were exhausted and ready to get out of there, so I gave them a $10k deposit and hastily signed the paperwork. When I received an invoice for the first payment on the remaining balance, it showed my loan balance at $19.9k. I was expecting about $10k. I pulled out the paperwork and found that it did not list the price I had negotiated with Manasseh. Instead, it was $22.2k. This is a 5-year-old car with 58.3k miles on it. KBB showed a Fair Price was $17.6k. I looked up the VIN, and VehicleHistory.com showed it was $23.2k when it was new. There is no way this car should be priced at $22.2k. I was also charged for 2 service contracts totaling $4.8k, a total of $9.2k more than expected. I looked up the source for the 2 service contracts and canceled them immediately. I called Manasseh about the sales price discrepancy, and he remembered it, but he said I would have to talk to finance to resolve it. After multiple phone calls and voice mails with no callbacks over the next few days, I went to the dealership in person to discuss it. They showed no concern over the price discrepancy and said it was too late to do anything about it because the paperwork had already been filed. They said you should have looked it over before you signed. They're right, but that doesn't make it less their fault for either making an expensive mistake or tricking me into paying $10k more than we had agreed to. The only good news: my loan balance was credited for the 2 service contracts, but I'm still out $4.4k for the sales price mistake. More
We bought a used Lexus from Toyota of Newnan this past weekend. Our salesperson was Irene. She was great! Informative, not pushy, very pleasant to deal with. In fact everyone we dealt with was pleasan weekend. Our salesperson was Irene. She was great! Informative, not pushy, very pleasant to deal with. In fact everyone we dealt with was pleasant. They met the price we were expecting for our trade. Jeff was more than quick getting our paperwork done, realizing we had been there a while. I love my (new to me) car and would easily recommend Toyota of Newnan. This was our 2nd purchase from them and we live 3 hours away! More

We have purchase about 5 vehicles from Toyota of Newnan since 2006 with excellent and professional service under the Walt era - beginning with Walt, his Sales Team all the way to finance - shout out to Vu! since 2006 with excellent and professional service under the Walt era - beginning with Walt, his Sales Team all the way to finance - shout out to Vu! This weekend we were excited to see and purchase a 4-Runner - saw one we liked, requested to see it - they took us inside the showroom - brought in a totally different one - we said it was the wrong one - sales person told us that he didn't want to show us one that basically we could not afford! But - he said, we'll make it right, I'll go get it - we waited - he brought us another one that was NOT the one we wanted to see - again - he said he didn't want to show us one that we would "fall in love" with and not be able to afford it!!!! At this time my husband and I just got up and walked away in disbelief and disgust. Little did they know that we wanted to purchase it in CASH! Wow, we have never been treated like this ever!!! SO VERY DISAPPOINTED - they have lost a customer for life - but I don't think they really care, because as we hastily walked out, the "manager " asked if everything worked out - we responded - no, it appears you want to sell us what you want to sell us - and he just didn't say anything- SAD . We drove to another dealership - same day and purchased a brand new 2023 4-RUNNER. We will never recommend Toyota of Newnan to anyone - but will for sure tell them our experience. More

This dealership sold a car to us and did not disclose a transmission leak and oil leak. Then without consent signed off on two policies that both cost a thousand dollars. The Managers response was “well go transmission leak and oil leak. Then without consent signed off on two policies that both cost a thousand dollars. The Managers response was “well good thing these are cancelable at any time.” Now I’ve financed 2k additional without consent that I’ve sense canceled that will only fall off the END of the loan. Like 2k is no big deal to have extra on my credit for the next 36 months. Absolutely poor management & accountability. I know financing an older car comes with risk. But no one in their right mind would finance a car that knowingly had a oil and transmission leak. I’ve waited a week to post this review because I wanted to give the dealership the chance to rectify the situation which has been to no avail. I’ve reached out to Toyota corporate and have an open case for formal complaint. The owners the tameron group have yet to respond after two attempts at reaching them for resolution. I implore anyone who is wanting to conduct business with them to go elsewhere and save themselves the headache. More
