I took my Rav-4 in for 10000 mile service which includes oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. I had previously lost the valve stem cap on the left fro oil change and tire rotation. When I got home I noticed that the tires had not been rotated. I had previously lost the valve stem cap on the left front tire. The other three still had the caps on. Guess which tire is still missing the cap. Yep, the left front!!! Makes me wonder what else they conveniently forgot to do!!! The paperwork says that over two dozen checks were made to my car. Now you’ve got me wondering how many of the checks were done service by simply checking the appropriate box. Never mind, I’ll check them myself! More
I will never do business with this dealership. We went to look for a Highlander. They only had 3. The salesman showed us a cop of another one they had that was e route to the dealership. He said they would hold it when it gets there if we would out $1000 down. He said they would refund our $1000 if we changed our mind. We put the money down and 3 days later let him know we decided it wasn’t what ever wanted and he promised to send us our money back. It has been 2 months and we don’t have our money back. I have called and left numerous phone messages and sent numerous emails to Connor, the general sales manager. He won’t answer his phone, won’t return calls and won’t respond to emails! I have read reviews where he treated other people this way. Never do business with Newnan Toyota! The general manager is a crook ! More

I want to thank Gustavo Egidi for assisting me with getting into a car that I feel much more comfortable in. He listened to my concerns and actually asked me what I needed, and worked with me to get it. I was afraid that I would be stuck with a car that I was not truly happy with, but I was able to get a Corolla which is what I originally went in to purchase. Thanks to Gustavo( who is AMAZING), his sales manager, and Brandon D. in financing for their assistance! More
