Cesar Garay was amazing and did a wonderful job helping me through the process of my purchase 5/5. However, the finance department and management are very unprofessional. They attempted overcharge me on my second visit to purchase the same vehicle which I was first told had sold. Thankfully, I contacted someone close to me who is really good with finances and he verified they were trying to over charge me $3k. More
Worked with this dealership 6 years ago and was disapointed then and disapointed now. We purchased our 2021 4 Runner Limited from Newnan Peachtree CDJR last year. Was forced to take it to Toyot disapointed then and disapointed now. We purchased our 2021 4 Runner Limited from Newnan Peachtree CDJR last year. Was forced to take it to Toyota of Newnan to repair a Warranty item on the ABS system. First off I knew the issue was a factory issue because it has happened to over 40 thousand 2019-2021 Toyota vehicles . The service writer asked if there were any alterations ,upgrades and or off-roading that the vehicle has been in? I said what difference does it make ? she said they wont cover if any signs of that exists Our car is as factory as it was when we bought it . and IT is a 4x4 off road vehicle . It says it right on the side!! Not only did they say it would have to be left for up to 3 weeks they only offered a rental courtesy car.. SO I said excuse me and I stepped out the door and called the front desk and asked for the Manager of the dealership. I explained I was in the service writers area and all of the xx they were saying.. It took him 10 minuted to go in there and basically take over . They gave us a loaner and apologized. He said he dont have alot of say over the service department but that was ridicules .. These people 6 years ago find every way to suck every bit of money they can . THey take soooo long so by the time you get to the paperwork you just sign and leave.. Make sure you watch them like a HAWK if you do business with them. They will SCAM you and make you feel brainwashed More

Yesterday, I stumbled upon a newly listed truck TOYOTA of Newnan that checked all of our boxes. We both took off yesterday so we were happily surprised that we could make time during the work week. I called the dealership and spoke with the sales lady. I won’t name names because I’m not heartless. She was very friendly and gave me a little more information on the vehicle. Stated that it was a recent trade-in and the front windshield would be replaced this morning. She stated the vehicle was unable to be seen or test driven (yesterday) due to the windshield needing to be replaced & detail. I expressed concern that Jason would not be able to come up until today around 5pm. She reassured that the vehicle would still be there. I’m sure you see where this is going. After speaking with Southern Federal Credit Union in LaGrange (we love) yesterday, we were sent the preapproval within an hour. I texted Toyota of Newnan confirming that I spoke with the credit union at 5:09pm. I received a response text at 6:10pm saying they couldn’t wait to meet us. I rearranged Charlee’s tennis lesson to accommodate this so Jason could go up there to get his new truck instead of taking her to tennis. Today at 2:24pm, I texted the sales lady to tell her that he is able to come up at 4:30pm instead of 5pm. Two hours later I get a text stating it was sold last night. 😑😑😑 I spoke with the manager and he didn’t see an issue since there was no deposit. That word was never mentioned!! No urgency was communicated and I was assured it would be there for us. If this isn’t BAD BUSINESS I don’t know what is. I told him it looks like we will never be doing business. Customer. Service. Not a good experience and I’d suggest going to another dealer. They were extremely difficult to deal with requesting all kinds of information before agreeing to show us the vehicles. Asking for the pape dealer. They were extremely difficult to deal with requesting all kinds of information before agreeing to show us the vehicles. Asking for the paperwork was like pulling teeth. They’re just very unprofessional and have strange and annoying sales practices. More
Do not waste your time here. I went to look at a couple of vehicles that I have been researching since looking at pictures and touching are two separate things. First the sales a I went to look at a couple of vehicles that I have been researching since looking at pictures and touching are two separate things. First the sales associate almost seemed to need permission from his manager to show me the vehicles I wanted to look at because I did not want to provide my license for a potential test drive (I did not have the time or desire at that time). THEN, when I wanted to look inside the cars and asked for the associate to unlock the car so I could look inside and sit in it, the associate had to go get a manager to come out and speak to me about why they had a problem with unlocking a car so I could look at it. Essentially, they were doing me a favor and didn't want to essentially waste their time with having me look at a vehicle that I could or could not afford. I eventually got them to unlock one car for me and looked at the other model on the floor. The sales associate then proceeded to ignore me and stand outside. I left after that and I refuse to be back. Seeing as how my money spends just as easily at Mazda as it does Toyota, I will go where I am not discriminated against because I don't look like I have money. More
Made an appointment to look at a truck and drove 2 1/2hrs only to find them selling it to someone else. We sat there for about 30mins talking and they said let’s go outside and see the truck when we got outs only to find them selling it to someone else. We sat there for about 30mins talking and they said let’s go outside and see the truck when we got outside they informed us they had sold the truck 30mins ago. We seen the truck in driveway when we got there. Worst dealership ever!!! More
I worked with Toyota of Newnan to buy a used 2017 Honda HR-V in July. The sales person, Manasseh, was good although he kept showing me cars out of my price range. We finally negotiated a price of $17.8k wh HR-V in July. The sales person, Manasseh, was good although he kept showing me cars out of my price range. We finally negotiated a price of $17.8k which is right in line with KBB. I told Manasseh I did not want any service contracts. We had been there for hours and were exhausted and ready to get out of there, so I gave them a $10k deposit and hastily signed the paperwork. When I received an invoice for the first payment on the remaining balance, it showed my loan balance at $19.9k. I was expecting about $10k. I pulled out the paperwork and found that it did not list the price I had negotiated with Manasseh. Instead, it was $22.2k. This is a 5-year-old car with 58.3k miles on it. KBB showed a Fair Price was $17.6k. I looked up the VIN, and VehicleHistory.com showed it was $23.2k when it was new. There is no way this car should be priced at $22.2k. I was also charged for 2 service contracts totaling $4.8k, a total of $9.2k more than expected. I looked up the source for the 2 service contracts and canceled them immediately. I called Manasseh about the sales price discrepancy, and he remembered it, but he said I would have to talk to finance to resolve it. After multiple phone calls and voice mails with no callbacks over the next few days, I went to the dealership in person to discuss it. They showed no concern over the price discrepancy and said it was too late to do anything about it because the paperwork had already been filed. They said you should have looked it over before you signed. They're right, but that doesn't make it less their fault for either making an expensive mistake or tricking me into paying $10k more than we had agreed to. The only good news: my loan balance was credited for the 2 service contracts, but I'm still out $4.4k for the sales price mistake. More
