I had such a great experience at Toyota of Newnan. Toyota of Newnan was the first dealership that I visited, and immediately John Hendley showed me a Honda Accord that fit all of my needs. The customer service and the "home town" feeling that I had, made me feel very comfortable. I then visited several other dealerships in the Atlanta area, and the experiences there were not so great. That same day I called John Hendley at Toyota of Newnan to see if I could come back and look at the Honda he had showed me the day before. I definately knew that I wanted to purchase my car from Toyota of Newnan. The overall experience was great, they helped me find a car that was best suited for me, and above all they listened to everything that I had to say. I felt like I was being heard and respected. Not once did I feel like I was being pushed into something or hassled to make a decision. This is a great dealership with outstanding customer service and great respect for their customers.
