At Toyota of Newnan, Greg flat out lied to me about what they would do before and after I picked up the vehicle. He promised new rear brake pads and an oil change(In writing). These we're never done, oil was filthy and emrgency brake goes to floor. I was promised a new key fob (In writing)due to a broken original. Months later and after numerous excuses from Greg such forgot to order, lost in mail,etc. I never received it so I gave up. The odometer reading was wrong and I couldn't register it until they submitted a corrected form. Frankly I believe they lied about the actual vehicle mileage also. Stay far away from these people. More

I called, told him what I was looking for and what price I was willing to pay my new 2009 Toyota Tacoma, but I was very pleased with the experience. Within 15 minutes he called saying he had located my truck and would have it available the next morning & we agreed on the price. I went to the dealership the next day, did a brief test drive and within 45 minutes I was driving out in my new truck. I've received friendly, professional and quick service on each visit. I could get my truck serviced in my town but prefer to drive the 40 miles to Newnan. More

I was shopping for a new Camry and went to Cars.com to request quotes. Greg gave me a call and I told him what I was looking for and the price I was willing to pay. I was looking for after market leather as I currently have a 2007 Camry with after market leather and it is much better for me. Greg shopped around to find some cars with after market leather and told me we may need to order one. The experience at the dealership was wonderful. Greg Showed us what was on the lot and looked for cars that could be ordered or changed. As we went around the lot we looked at an XLE that had everything I wanted, including after market leather. We test drove it and then went inside to discuss the price. Within 2 minutes the contract was being written. After we got home, my husband said it was the best car buying experience he had ever had. Both men (Mr. Dixon & Mr. Kenner) did an excellent job selling and negotiating our 2012 Toyota Truck. My wife and I were satisfied. My wife and I went to several dealerships where we were very disappointed in the way the salespeople handled themselves. Our salesman at Toyota of Newnan, Rand, was the only salesman we met that treated u very disappointed in the way the salespeople handled themselves. He wasn't pushy, he showed us vehicles in our price range, and he respected our decision when we initially decided not to buy the car we bought (2011 Corolla). The other staff at the dealership that we dealt with, Jason, the manager, and Bill, the finance person, were both very nice. More
As many of us are, I also dislike the predatory and rapacious reputation that comes with going to a dealer to purchase a vehicle. We all have heard and lived the horror stories. I was referred to Toyota of Newnan by a co-worker, and I must say, they totally changed my mind. I received a call from Mark Feldman (Sales Manager), who instead of trying to push a vehicle trough actually listened to my preferences, and made suggestions from their inventory that most closely matched my specs. I went to see the vehicles and was treated in a very friendly and respectful manner by Mark and Greg Faison – Internet Sales, who began describing the vehicle options and features in a very knowledgeable way before a test drive. I returned the next day with my wife and my trade in vehicle, and was able to meet the owner Walt Gutierrez, who was also very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Walt evaluated our trade in and my wife test drove the car, which we bought. Greg was very patient, especially with my wife, and answered all our questions. We were shown a very fair price for the vehicle from the start (close to the True Market value listed in Edmunds.com for a similar vehicle). Walt, Mark and Greg were very helpful, and showed legitimate interest in helping us meet our budget goals. They addressed all our concerns without pressuring, and quickly managed to meet both our goals. They really made us feel that our business truly meant something to them, and that our customer satisfaction truly mattered. I was prepared for a nightmare, but I ended up with a great experience. Detailing the vehicle prior to delivery took longer than reaching the deal. I think I spent a total of four hours at the dealership from arrival to driving away with my new vehicle. (One hour the first evening to see the vehicle, and three the next day). I will definitely recommend this dealer to everyone. More
I was surprised to find I could reserve a service appointment online and I could lists what specific services I needed. I got the appt time I needed but when I got there the service person had no id appointment online and I could lists what specific services I needed. I got the appt time I needed but when I got there the service person had no idea what I wanted...no communication of employees. As it was I was glad to talk with Shae because she was able to tell me what I needed. Nice waiting area, nice employees everywhere. Shae was a gem. I was surprised to pay over $200 for a light bulb in left headlamp that I had completely replaced a year ago! I wish she would have had a service person explain this to me...but I didn't press either. I also wished they would have told me about incredible construction work I had to navigate to find the place! More
