If I could give this dealership negative stars, I would. This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I drove 4 hours one way to help my daughter purchase a vehicle that the dealership had list This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I drove 4 hours one way to help my daughter purchase a vehicle that the dealership had listed on multiple websites. The dealership REFUSED to sell the vehicle to her because we weren’t from Georgia or one of the surrounding states. The manager said that the owners wouldn’t allow them to sell to other state residents due to taxes. I have bought every vehicle I’ve owned over the last 20 years from an out of state dealership. Never once has any dealership mentioned any issue with taxes. In fact, it eliminated some paperwork for them. The bottom line is that Toyota of Newnan is lazy and isn’t willing to do the tax paperwork required. They literally wouldn’t take our money, either cash or through financing. I am in disbelief. The one pleasant part of our experience was with our salesman Austin. He was trying everything he could to get the sale to work, but the owners decided that he didn’t need a sale. Unbelievable. Avoid this dealership! More

Serge was very nice and welcoming. Answered all the questions nicely and stayed late without hesitation to get things done.
