Their excuse, the blade needed to be sharpened - what? Why wasn’t this discovered when they took it for a test drive? Then when the tires were rotated two of the custom valve stem caps were missing. That wasn’t by accident. This service department is nothing like it used to be. I was very generous with two stars. Wish a Toyota dealership would come closer to Peachtree City. More
My girlfriend and I visited this dealership on Saturday. We met with a salesperson on a specific vehicle that we saw online for $31k. Here are the unforgivable issues we had with our visit: 1. We were We met with a salesperson on a specific vehicle that we saw online for $31k. Here are the unforgivable issues we had with our visit: 1. We were presented with a sales sheet on the vehicle we test drove that was $32k. We told the salesperson that's not the price that was listed online. We asked why was the price different. He said he'd check on it but had no tangible reason as to why he presented us with a price that was different then what was listed online. 2. The sales sheet we were presented with had all our fees on it we were told by the salesperson but guess what? The numbers didn't add up 😂. There was an unaccounted for $2k. We asked the salesperson "Why is there a missing $2k?" What is that for? The number all in added up to $36k but the final price on their sheet was $38k!!!! xxx???? He told us the $2k is for optional gap coverage, service contract etc. We asked that he bring us the sheet with the correct math and all fees explained. He said he would do that but wanted to get us to agree to a deal today. We refused until we see correct math and pricing (see #1 above). 3. He brings back the new sale sheet and the correct price is now listed $31k but the fantom $1k (see #1 above) is now listed as "rebate". That's was NOT a rebate, that was the online price what are you even doing????? In this new sheet the missing $2k is now removed and gone completely and the total is back to $36k and he arrives with a different team member (a taller guy wearing the same shirt). The taller guy who is more seasoned tells us the now missing $2k is not from optional coverage like the main sales guy said but because they now listed "the county" on the sales sheet. "Now that they have the county, the $2k is gone". What in the entire heck is going on at this dealership? That makes zero sense. At this point we are certain we aren't just dealing with lies we are dealing with incompetence at the highest levels. 4. During this whole time we tell the salesperson we already have financing but will be bringing a check later in the week with a large down payment. They of course want us to purchase today instead of coming back so they go through this explanation of how we should just finance through them and use our down payment to pay off the loan later and refinance. We don't want to refinance and agree to a larger monthly payment then we want or are comfortable with today, we have financing and are not about to sign a long with the anticipation of going through refinancing immediately after. That's just hassle we don't have time for. We have options. This isn't the last car on earth. All iI, I wouldn't recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. The people we worked with were both incompetent and dishonest. Mayne someone there knows what they are doing but we didn't meet the them. RUN AWAY FAST. More
They do have their cars competitively priced and that is about all that is good. Their number one goal is to get you to sign the purchase agreement. Once that is done the process falls apart. We live out about all that is good. Their number one goal is to get you to sign the purchase agreement. Once that is done the process falls apart. We live out of town and had to make two trips in order to pick up our car. The finance dept will not answer the phone or return phone calls. We picked up our car mid January, it is now March 8th and we still do not have paperwork to get the car tagged. When we call to ask about it there is no one able to come to the phone. More
Would not recommend this dealership. My sister was in the process of purchasing a car from here. The sales lady was kind and helpful Her name started with a K. But where it went all wr My sister was in the process of purchasing a car from here. The sales lady was kind and helpful Her name started with a K. But where it went all wrong was when my sister need some financial questions answered. They should have switched her to the finance dept not to head of sales Connor. He was rude and talked down to her, she felt like he wasn’t even listening to her. So he is solely the reason she decided not to pursue the purchase of the car. Not happy with the service department. How come they couldn't figure that out in the beginning? So much for factory certified technicians and all of that high tech equipment. I feel like I went to a shade tree mechanic. Enjoy your chicken biscuit when you go in there because I paid for two months of them and my air conditioner never worked. UPDATE - Took the car to a Christian mechanic, didn't tell him what was wrong, just asked him to give me a price on fixing the air conditioner. He called me back and said the compressor was bad and that it was obvious because it was sparking. They said it was two lbs short of freon which I paid for that also and probably never got since they forgot to replace my windshield wiper. The cost to fix it will be just under $1,000. This makes me really mad that we we charged over $1,000 for an unnecessary part. I feel scammed and very upset. Why would they do this to poor people? I would highly recommend NOT USING this dealership for service if you have to pay out of pocket. The devil is running this place. More
Cesar Garay was amazing and did a wonderful job helping me through the process of my purchase 5/5. However, the finance department and management are very unprofessional. Worked with this dealership 6 years ago and was disapointed then and disapointed now. We purchased our 2021 4 Runner Limited from Newnan Peachtree CDJR last year. Was forced to take it to Toyot disapointed then and disapointed now. We purchased our 2021 4 Runner Limited from Newnan Peachtree CDJR last year. Was forced to take it to Toyota of Newnan to repair a Warranty item on the ABS system. First off I knew the issue was a factory issue because it has happened to over 40 thousand 2019-2021 Toyota vehicles . The service writer asked if there were any alterations ,upgrades and or off-roading that the vehicle has been in? I said what difference does it make ? she said they wont cover if any signs of that exists Our car is as factory as it was when we bought it . and IT is a 4x4 off road vehicle . It says it right on the side!! Not only did they say it would have to be left for up to 3 weeks they only offered a rental courtesy car.. SO I said excuse me and I stepped out the door and called the front desk and asked for the Manager of the dealership. I explained I was in the service writers area and all of the xx they were saying.. It took him 10 minuted to go in there and basically take over . They gave us a loaner and apologized. He said he dont have alot of say over the service department but that was ridicules .. These people 6 years ago find every way to suck every bit of money they can . THey take soooo long so by the time you get to the paperwork you just sign and leave.. Make sure you watch them like a HAWK if you do business with them. They will SCAM you and make you feel brainwashed More

Yesterday, I stumbled upon a newly listed truck TOYOTA of Newnan that checked all of our boxes. We both took off yesterday so we were happily surprised that we could make time during the work week. I called the dealership and spoke with the sales lady. I won’t name names because I’m not heartless. She was very friendly and gave me a little more information on the vehicle. Stated that it was a recent trade-in and the front windshield would be replaced this morning. She stated the vehicle was unable to be seen or test driven (yesterday) due to the windshield needing to be replaced & detail. I expressed concern that Jason would not be able to come up until today around 5pm. She reassured that the vehicle would still be there. I’m sure you see where this is going. After speaking with Southern Federal Credit Union in LaGrange (we love) yesterday, we were sent the preapproval within an hour. I texted Toyota of Newnan confirming that I spoke with the credit union at 5:09pm. I received a response text at 6:10pm saying they couldn’t wait to meet us. I rearranged Charlee’s tennis lesson to accommodate this so Jason could go up there to get his new truck instead of taking her to tennis. Today at 2:24pm, I texted the sales lady to tell her that he is able to come up at 4:30pm instead of 5pm. Two hours later I get a text stating it was sold last night. 😑😑😑 I spoke with the manager and he didn’t see an issue since there was no deposit. That word was never mentioned!! No urgency was communicated and I was assured it would be there for us. If this isn’t BAD BUSINESS I don’t know what is. I told him it looks like we will never be doing business. Customer. Service.
