Received a call this morning from Walt Gutierrez. He is the owner of Toyota of Newnan. I explained my situation to him and he was very apologetic for the way that it was handled. He was very, very nice and apologized over and over that the communication lacked about the Prius rentals. He understood that I wasn't upset that they didn't have one for rent but that I was upset at the fact the employees were not given the correct information to pass along to the customers. He has reserved a Prius for me on the dates that I need and even offered not to charge me. As I explained to him it wouldn't be fair to him so I'm going to rent one from him. Again, I cannot say it enough how nice Walt was to me. His brother should take some lessons from him. Thank you Walt
