Great experience and awesome service! I loved being able to go online first and then visit the dealership. It saves the pressure of going directly to the dealer and being pressured into so I loved being able to go online first and then visit the dealership. I met Mr. Brian Phillips (FIVE O), our salesman, on a previous occasion in which his manager at the time was not customer service driven. This time around I talked to Brian first over the phone and he presented to me with a great price for my son. He is a soldier and a student of Columbus State University and soon deploys to protect our freedom. Within 15 minutes of telling my needs to Brian regarding my son’ vehicle I was out to do a test drive. This process was wonderful and we spent a total of about 1 hour at the dealership! I would recommend online shopping for anyone and remember the name Brian (FIVE O), he was extremely helpful. Thanks Brian, and Toyota of Newnan!!!! More
