I came at 7:30a to check tire low pressure light,after 2 hours they bring out nothing wrong with it, they just reset it. I take the care to go home but last than 1 mile the low pressure light popup, I hav hours they bring out nothing wrong with it, they just reset it. I take the care to go home but last than 1 mile the low pressure light popup, I have to return to services and they said I have to leave the car for about 3 hour for tenichan to fix ,2 hours later they call me let me know it done, the problem is the vale of tire is leaked. Total I have to waite for fix just the vale is 5 hours. You need to look back your camera in the shop to know what your men do in that 5 hours for my car. I walk close to the door of the shop I saw. You need to fix the way to work first please!. I really don't want to write this but not only me complaint about this,so we don't want to waste our time too much for little work. Thank you More
All about a dollar Went in to buy a used vehicle. Received a lot of helpful information initially by sales team. Came back another day to complete the purchase and they Went in to buy a used vehicle. Tried to say it was a bad understanding on my end. Would not explain what certain fees were for that where in the bill of sale. Increased the price of the vehicle and did not explain why except that I was given inaccurate information. No one would take accountability. Do Not Purchase from here unless you don't mind giving away money!! More
HOT PILE OF MESS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They tried to pull a bait and switch on me as I was looking to buy a car from them. I came in for one car that was advertised DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I came in for one car that was advertised and told was available and when I got there, they said it was just sold but they had these other more expensive models available. I tried another car and was going through the process of buying it only to be told that they could not sell this car. They nearly lost MY keys and registration to MY car in the clutter of the Sales Manager’s desk. They tried to sell me another car that was "Certified" and I am wondering what that might have been for. To me certified means that it is inspected, clean without any cosmetic damage or very minor damage and this car wasn't any of that. Dirty interior and broken lights shouldn't exist on a “certified vehicle”. Finally, we find another car on a sister lot and it was a disaster with that. They have the mileage and VIN wrong on the paperwork and on top of that it was advertised on the web for one price only to be told that it was twenty-five hundred more than what was advertised. Bait and switch anyone? Management's attitude is less than gracious and they are very xxxxxxand misogynistic towards women. They literally cussed at my wife. More

Assisted me with a Toyota rental car problem I called Dealership and spoke with Payton McDonald & Lechelle Williams. Both realized I was not buying as I only needed help with the Toyota I was re I called Dealership and spoke with Payton McDonald & Lechelle Williams. Both realized I was not buying as I only needed help with the Toyota I was renting and Alamo would not help me. Someone please buy a car from them. Lechelle gave me a few ideas and I was able to get my phone data out of the car. The Toyota hijacked my data when I plugged my cell phone into the USB port to charge. I will never plug my cell phone into an unknown USB port again. I'll let it die first. The car did not ask to get my data, it simply took it. L Lynne More
