Im going to be nice because I really like the staff here. But they need to communicate a little bit better with customers. I Dropped my car off last Wednesday to have it checked out. Guy named Chris walked me over to a guy named Rob. I handed him my key and he handed me a tag then disappeared. I waited for a while then it was suggested by a guy named Jack that I leave my name and number for Rob to contact me when the problem was diagnosed. Still today, (8 days later ) that never happened. I have been in contact with a lady named Courtney. She is delayed but at least she does call me back. Courtney contacted me last Friday to tell me that eventhough I purchased my 2019 Nissan from Toyota they were not able read the trouble shooting codes. So my car would need to be taken to Nissan on the following Monday. I said ok thats fine I will call and check on the status on Tuesday to give them enough time to check things out. Tuesday I couldn't get anybody on the phone. Wednesday (1 week later) I finally get Courtney on the phone about 830am. She says that she will check things out and call me back. 10am, 11, 12, 1, 2, 3pm no call back. I finally get Jack on the phone and he promises to be of assistance. 430pm Wednesday I get a call from Courtney saying that my car is still at Toyota because they needed my permission to have it towed to Nissan across town instead on the Nissan dealership next door. So basically its taken over a week for me to find out what's wrong with my vehicle. 5 of those days have been wasted because of a lack of urgency and communication on the service departments behalf. Not to mention my house was destroyed by Hurricane Ida and I've been living in my car while we rebuild to have air and heat. This is unacceptable. I believe Toyota's are great vehicles but I do not suggest buying any other brand from their dealership because they are not equipped to assist with repairs when needed. - More
We really like working with our sales associate Danny Jones when we’re looking for a new vehicle. Danny has been our sales associate for almost 17 year. He still gets us the Chi Chi deal even though Chi Jones when we’re looking for a new vehicle. Danny has been our sales associate for almost 17 year. The service team works hard to get you back in your vehicle as soon as possible. They also keep you well informed while your vehicle is in for service.
